There easy to deal with quick decisions on loans and good customer service only down side is the Apr rates

Fantastic service and excellent communication

Found them very helpful, even when id fell behind with a payment, we quickly came to an agreement to help get back on track.
Even when it came to paying early, was told to wait and they sent me the early settlement figure

Hollie was very quick and responsive to my email very helpful

Every step of the way, they were so helpful and 100% transparent. Hollie, my accounts manager, took it upon herself to ensure at any given time, she would explain or assist in every way possible. With their help (especially Hollie), I have been able to financially repair and restart my life. Thank you for giving my life back.

What really stood out was the excellent customer service. Every representative I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist with my situation. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers truly sets them apart.

Avoid this company if you are looking for any type of sympathy or empathy. Their customer is beyond bad.

Had an overall great experience. There were a couple of bumps on the way but Hollie looked after my account impeccably. Very easy to get in contact with her when necessary. Always answered email queries promptly. Very calm and reassuring too. Paul has a diamond of an account manager there. I know she will be there to help others too!

We’ll try this again seeing as someone at CCP flagged it for their name being in it..funny how they keep the names in for good reviews but bad they flag it for going against trust pilots guidelines…

Such a shame as after such a positive experience in getting the loan, the supposed owner of the business has just earned them a 1 star review.

Rang for a settlement figure on my loan. Answered the phone without a proper introduction and got irate with me for wanting to know if there was a team I could actually speak to, to discuss the settlement after being directed to him via the automated system. I mean god forbid thinking an established business would have a contactable accounts team. Muted (I presume to slate me) without advising then put me on hold. Snapped at me that a figure be generated & emailed today.

Will be glad to get rid after that encounter with him. Stick to being an “owner” as your customer service skills are rubbish. My tone matched yours after me initially being polite

Hollie provided first class service whenever I had a query. Great comms throughout.

Good communication and easy to deal with.
Rates are high but if you don’t have any cheaper options then recommended 👍
