Efficient helpful and honest service

Pulled me out of a hole twice. Process was easy and everything was cleared explained at each stage so there were no surprises. Was able to pay off early with no hassles. Every interaction I had was friendly, professional and understanding.

Worse company ever, took my car without any warning, I'm still waiting for them to auction it, my wife has had a mental breakdown now, no compassion, you can never get through when phoning them STAY AWAY if you don't want to pay loads off interest

I had no expectations in getting this loan approved, but when they agreed I nearly cried. I was in need of this loan due to an emergency, and CarCashpoint were there, with kindness, compassion met with High Professional standards! The money put in my account about 75mins from signing the documents! Can't really complain about that at all. 5 stars from me!

Please stay well away from this company!!!! I got a 1000 pound loan against my Range Rover it was a total loss due to insurance the insurance company sent payment to them Thursday the 11th by the time they got back to me I owed them another 294 pound when my monthly payments was 163! I have already payed 1500 to them in 3 months for a 1000pound loan and customer service needs upgrading as thereattutide stinks! Stay away from this company as they just want your log book and car they are not getting a penny from me and are now taking these to court stay well away

Have used this company few times always been a good experience but this time unfortunately not my car was written off and insurance paid my settlement which was easy but unfortunately few days later get email stating I'm due a refund due to over payment that's ok i thought so gave my details for refund to go into was told it will go in by Friday that was last week now waiting 10 days for refund and no help at all which is why I now have to complain due to it seeming they are trying to avoid paying me

Got help in a difficult time. Everything was explained in so much detail and felt comfortable and at ease signing up for the loan. Hollie has been an absolute star and so patient with me, answering all questions I had. Thank you!
