Paul booth was amazing and so was Carl Dixon . They both were very quick and efficient got my money in under 24 hours literally the same day - everything was fantastic - came to see the car very quick and efficient process no headache. Paul helped make the process so much easier !

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company. when I needed to raise some money to get my car back that was being held with another company they went above and beyond in order to secure the agreement and vehicle release,including several hurdles that were put in their way. Paul Booth was fantastic and continually kept me updated , always coming up with a solution as opposed to a problem. My key measure when assessing a company’s customer service all round is “how easy were they to do business with?”…. And in this case “very easy@ is the simple and honest answer. No dramas, no ifs and buts and heavy sighs, positivity and a can-do approach. Thanks CCP!!!

I must say I'm extremely impressed by Car Cash Point at their swift, professional service in helping me withdraw cash from my vehicle. I submitted an application on 2nd and was instantly pre-approved which is normal, within 24 hours I was fully approved after simply proving affordability and relevant information when requested and the money was in my bank account. Big shoutout to Andrew Hume, he's an asset to the team an was extremely helpful from the get go, and to field agent Robert Hill who visited me the same day (in person), at a time convenient to myself and was throuogh and explained everything with regards to the loan and its T&Cs. Couldn't be any easier.

Will definitely be first choice if ever needed in future - thank you again to the CCP Team!

Marked my vehicle and I never took a loan with them.

I recently tried to sell.my car only to discover that there was a mark against it due to a logo book loan in Feb 2020. As I paid cash for it and NEVER took a log book loan against it I was extremely disturbed.

Thankfully the dealer gave me the details of the loan so I could contact this company.

Turns out they NEVER issued a loan against my car and have provided this in writing however they are refusing to remove the mark. How can this be legal.

Be very careful if ypu are looking to work with them. Even though I never applied for the loan, it appears that even an enquiry entities them to claim ownership. And even after admitting they don't own it, there refusal to remove the mark should be a valid sign to any new customers to be very wary.

Should you take out a loan, WILL THEY REMOVE ANY RIGHTS once ypu have settled your agreement.

In my case, it's NO... and i never even heard of them until I tried selling my car

I will be escalating this to the ombudsman

Car Cash point are scum I will never borrow of them again.

Over the last 6 months I still can't pay my full amount as my son is seriously ill in hospital and they are still sending emails saying they are going to take my vehicle. As I am trying make payment of 89.00 a month and still unhappy with. There staff are horrible on the phone.

I am under so must stress with so much going on in my family and at my sons bedside 24/7.. can't function with my own mental health issues.

They still pesited with there strong emails which are nasty.

Ccp have been brilliant with me never had any problems helped me when I needed it and when I was short they was very understanding
