I purchased a spring/fall jacket based on the pictures and sizes they advertised and when it arrived, turns out it was about 2 sizes too big. They were willing to exchange within a 48 hour window but do not cover any costs in returning the item to ITALY. My cost would be $65 Cdn so there's no way that's happening. I caution anyone outside of ITALY to think twice about this company. Total rip-off

When my "Oversize spring trench" arrived in July (ordered in February); When the size medium is too small on my size 4 daughter, including sleeves several inches too short; you would think they would be apologetic and offer a free return. No, I have to ship it back at my own expense TO ITALY. Oh, and by the way, if I don't send them proof of shipping within 48 hours, no refund. This is no way to do business. Beware.

Carine Store shipped me actual garbage that was so moldy my post office refused to ship it back due to the smell. Then they used this as an excuse not to refund me. "Customer support" is abysmal. Their only function is to run interference with angry customers to avoid issuing refunds.

Even if the item had been in perfect condition and not inexplicably saturated with water and visible mold spores, my package took 4.5 months (133 days) to arrive and they gave me a fake tracking number.

Liars! Absolutely zero stars. Basically, just drive down the highway, open the sunroof and throw your money out the top. Because when you finally get the cheap, unwearable "merchandise," in spite of their "return policy," you will NEVER SEE your money again. Complete scam!

I saw the ad for a cute raincoat on Words With Friends. I assumed it was a real company with good service as I have bought online for years with few problems and I thought WWF would vet their ads. The coat never came and when I contacted customer service, they said it must be stuck in customs due to COVID-19. I have waited for this coat for three months and after seeing many other reviews, I realize I have been scammed. I tried contacting Words With Friends but it is impossible to contact them. So I am putting this out a caution to others. The Carine Store is a fraud!

I wish there was an option for no stars because I would choose it. Do not ever buy from this store. They will take your money and send you a fake tracking number with a fake courier company that doesn’t even exist but it’s kind of close to a name of an actual existing courier company but it’s not actually the courier company. I only got my product after I reported them as a fraud to my credit card company. it showed up two business days later With a totally different courier company and a different tracking number than they first gave me. Don’t let them have your personal information who knows what they’re gonna do with it.

I only give it one star because I cannot give it no stars. This is a scam. Do NOT give them your money! I ordered in January and still no product.

Total fraud. I ordered in February and still waiting. Phone number is disconnected. Nobody competent to help because they don't want to. Please don't order there

HORRIBLE COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER WHAT YOU ORDER.

ordered the jacket and a dress begining of February. After multiple emails noting the lack of movement on the shipment with google-translate script reply emails the package finally arrived (May 1st). Now the package that arrived only had the jacket in it!!! I've emailed multiple times with the popular Courtney who has claimed it may have been out of stock when I ordered (and paid) so would have been sent separately. I've of course advised that reply is unaceptable considering the only tracking number I was provided was documented as being for the full shipment. I've of course requested a refund for the dress which I'm honeslty not holding my breath on. I tried calling the 1-800 number today and wasn't surprised when the recording said the number had been disconected due to fraudulent activity!!! I too will be checking online reviews prior to making any future orders!

Won't return my item it's not waterproof at all also pretended I ordered one colour when I know I ordered another. Scammers!!!!

1 star only because I cannot give ZERO star. Like so many others on this page wrote in, I too was duped by this company's seemingly legit website and paid for something that never came. The company places so many adds on so many other websites that make you assume it's a legit company. I wrote to them requesting a refund (or maybe some reasonable explanations), but nothing came from them. Why is a scam company like this able to bombard with so much advertisement in the popular websites we often visit. I hope someone or something will stop them from keep stealing money.

I ordered a cat bed and it arrived unusably damaged and nothing like the picture. They refused to refund me, only would offer a credit. Then I denied the credit and said I wanted my money back. They would have me pay shipping to send it back, even though it was admittedly their fault! It is horrible! never shopping here again

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER. I wish I had read the reviews first too. No purchase, no tracking, no refund, no communication.
As someone else said: they would give them a 0 if possible. I’m going to try to report them to the BBB or the Consumer Insurance Bureau of their state. Stayed tuned!

8 weeks on - no delivery, no honest answers

Same story as just about everyone else on here. I can only assume this is a fraud operation rather than a genuine business.
Sadly I didn't check here first. And I'm clearly not alone. F*&£ing b@%^@!s I worked hard for that money!

With that in mind, I suggest people share their experiences of this company where people see their adverts ie on social media.

On the plus side - they might have robbed me of £55 - but as soon as I paid for the rain coat that continual rain stopped. So I guess it was cheaper than an airfare away from the UK weather.

I wish I could give them a zero. Ordered the cute rain coat and it said it shipped in January. Still not coat! I have asked for a refund about 10 times now. I wish there was a way to contact someone to help us get our money back. Any thoughts of who we can contact to get involved to get our money back?

I wish I had looked for this before I bought the cute coat advertised on fb. These people are scammers. It should have been here already.
