The same as others...I just got scammed probably for the same coat. The rain coat never arrived. Buyers be aware!

I wish I had checked this website before ordering. I am having the same issues as other posters. Ordered, paid and NO COAT. Same sad excuses as others. I hope my credit card will refund my money. I've learned my lesson about buying from Facebook ads.

I ordered a raincoat on January 16, 2020. All I got were promises that they are working night and day to get the package to me. Now they can blame the Corona Virus. The pictures of their clothes are beautiful, but you might as well throw your money out the window than order anything.

Like the others who have posted here, I ordered a raincoat from the "Carine Store" based on a facebook ad. I paid in full and after inquiring about delivery after two weeks received an email about "delays" in shipping. There was no information about the shipper or how to track. Then nothing. However, the same raincoat continues to be advertised on facebook under different names. If you have not ordered, DON"T. If you have, join me in complaining to facebook and other authorities.

I ordered a coat in February from Carine. I have had difficulty communicating with them and still haven't received my order. I am contacting my credit card company today. I will never order from them again!

Never again, I believe this site scam. I order a rain coat in January still have not received it and they cannot give
me a tracking number. I also wish I could give them a zero star.

I wish I were allowed to put zero stars. I ordered a raincoat in January, and here it is, March 6, and no raincoat. I have contacted the store by email (there is no phone number) to ask for a refund, but each time I do, I get a reply that says they cannot refund the order as I would have to send the raincoat back before a refund can be issued??? They said the package has been lost and they are working on it??? I even asked if they could just send me a replacement, but they refuse. It doesn't get any worse than this in terms of a company's complete refusal to reimburse a customer for a package that THEY lost. I also noticed on their website that it says a customer will be refunded if a package is lost.

I ordered a coat 24th of January. It showed it was shipping and then all of a sudden it stopped being shipped. I've talked to customer service by email over and over I have asked for my money back they just keep promising me the codes going to be here. It is now March 10th and still no coat just more promises. Do not order from these people I'll probably have to go through my credit card to get my money back luckily I have a trail with my email so I can share that with my credit card company.

This is a terrible company to order from. Do not waste money here. I ordered a shirt dress and based my size off the model in their advertisement. The medium came and it was massive, I could fit three of myself in it. They would not give me a size that was correct without me paying out of pocket for international shipping to send the wrong size back. $70 totally wasted!!

Terrible experience with this store. The coat I ordered did not arrive. When contacted, they had no record of my purchase but the money was withdrawn from my credit card! After several emails with them, no resolution. My credit card company is putting in a dispute for the charge with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Read the store's reviews first before purchasing. Wish I had!

That's my fault I've never read reviews before! I called them over 10 times after sending a refund, but they never answer! I need my money back!

Zero!!!purchased over 2 months ago - emailed Courtney several times - always sorry. I tracked my shipping # on falcon express. ended on 2/9/2020 - delay? contacted Courtney again demanding money back - only will refund when I receive the item. Needless to say still nothing.....

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering, but the website called itself Nord Store. I contacted them twice but haven't received my jacket. I contacted my credit card company and they are putting a hold on the charge and will contact Carine to dispute the charge.

UPDATE #2: I requested a full refund, not a credit voucher. I was given a full refund.

UPDATE: Now I have received an email that my package must have been lost in transit. They can either send a another one or I can get a store credit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Customer service is nonexistent. Initial message sent to them received a cheery reply that basically said nothing. Following messages has gone unanswered.
My item has not arrived over 1 month later, tracking looks like the package literally disappeared and after reading these reviews, I am unfortunately not expecting much to be happy about if and when I receive my jacket.
Lesson learned. Hoping I can help someone before they make the mistake of ordering from this company.

I too should have read the reviews before I ordered! I had ordered from a co. on facebook! When the first order finally arrived after 2 mo. it would have fit an elephant!! I am a 10/12! Today is 2/12. My raincoat from Carine Store arrived! I ordered it 1/10 !I checked the size and it said U.S size 10/12L It is an extra L! or larger! The shoulder seam hits about my elbow! And as everyone has noted, it is more expensive to ship back to China! Lesson learned! Do not order from this company unless you don't mind a long wait! and know how to read their size chart!

WARNING - CARINE Store is horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Took forever to get my rain jacket after ordering and had an endless stream of lies promising its arrival. When I marked the unopened package “return refused,” as I was advised by the post office, promises of a refund of my 75 dollars vanished and changed with the imposition of many unfair requirements. I wish I knew about these horrific reviews in advance. It’s an online fraud. I give them negative five stars.

This store is not worth it! It could be a Credit Card grab. Not only is sizing way off, but anything purchased is due for a return of which needs to be sent back to China. Out of pocket obviously. Not recommended.

Does not even deserve one star. Goods are not as pictured.... take months to arrive..... and cost more than the product itself to return. BE WARNED. Do not purchase from Carine Store,

I ordered an item but when it finally arrived it was not as advertised and I needed another size. I wanted to return it but was informed that I would have to pay postage (which I was willing to do), but it had to be returned to China. This would have cost twice as much as the garment itself. I notified my credit card and waited 3 months to be informed that I had to pay the charge. I learned an expensive lesson.
