POOR QUALITY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Buyer beware!! I give Carine one star only because I had to in order to leave this review!
Worst online purchase experience I’ve ever had!! After the extremely late arrival of the product purchased I was even more disappointed in the poor quality of the merchandise as well as the lack of attention to the packaging! The box was open and the merchandise was cheap and not anywhere near worth the price paid! I immediately tried to contact them for a return authorization only to be further dissatisfied and frustrated to learn that I first had to wait for them to get back in touch WITH ME via email and then I was instructed to photograph my box labels and product etc! I complied and two days later I was given a return authorization #
I then went to the local Postal carrier as instructed only to find out my return was going to cost me over 1/2 the price I had already paid for the product... which wasn’t worth near the price required to return it! Ugh!! I again reached out to the company only to be informed they now would not except my return at All... they told me my order had exceeded the 14 day return policy... which it had NOT!!
Again... more frustrated and now added time waisted and more expenses on my part in trying to return a piece of crap they falsely advertised poorly represented and neglected to stand by as I was led to believe!!
My advise is ...STAY AWAY from CARINE !! They may take good pictures but their products and processes SUCK!! POOR QUALITY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from Carine. As I began to suspect, it is extremely difficult and costly to return an item. The item I ordered was much too large, but, guess what, they don't allow you to return an item if it doesn't fit. But since it had taken two weeks to receive the item (from China. no indication of that on website) I had since bought a raincoat elsewhere. They do let you return an item that you no longer need. But to do so involved an e-mail to customer service which asked for another e-mail with pictures of the item and packaging, then you must return to their site to fill out a return request, then you get a return # that you must include along with the account number in an invoice. The order arrived with no paperwork, so I needed to create my own invoice. You then need to package and ship the return yourself including paying for the postage (after which you need to send them proof of shipping). (and if the reviews here are right, you will still have to fight to get a refund) Return is to England costing more than the item itself. I'm sure Carine knows all this already and doesn't care. I'd rather give the coat to charity than spend even more money returning the item only to not get reimbursed anyway.

I would give it 0stars if possible. I wish facebook had some criteria on the type of ads it let go on their sight. The product is not as expected, there is no return policy, and no customer service.

Ordered a jacket and a sweater. Only one ever showed up. Jacket wasn't terrible, but it also didn't look much like the picture.

I fell victim to this "store" too. I returned a raincoat which I had to ship to the UK surprisingly. The mailing cost a fortune so I decided to take my chances and not pay for tracking which would have cost $50. I included all the original invoice info etc they required but after months, have not received the refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. The merchandise is junk and the business is a scam. I will never buy online again.

Pretty sure this store is a scam. Ordered a few items beginning of Sept. only one has shown up and it came from China and didn’t look like the item I ordered. It was cheap and the wrong colour. Forget about returns! You have two weeks, have to have the original packaging and pay for it yourself. $$$
Wish I would have found this site before I purchased. Seems a few of us have dealt with “Courtney” who feeds into giving this business an initial feeling of legitimacy. My advice is “ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE”.

Internet storefront for a Chinese sweatshop. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Their products are trash. I along with many other posters bought the raincoat that looked nothing like the picture. The buttonholes were too small to get the button through; my normal-size hands didn’t fit in the pockets; the stitching was atrocious; the lining was twisted. And to ice the cake, their “Customer Service” doesn’t respond to messages on their website or through their Facebook page where you can’t view the comments.
Update: After prolonged efforts, they agreed to accept a return- and it had to go to East Sussex, Great Britain! I took the 1# 4 oz. package to USPS ($26 with no tracking); to UPS ($160); and to FedEx ($150). It's going to the Goodwill. Lesson learned.
Second update: Possibly it's a coincidence, since I requested a return, there have been multiple unauthorized attempts to use my credit card.

Bought from an instagram ad. First time doing that. NEVER AGAIN. Lessons learned:
1. F*** THIS F***ING COMPANY

Please never, ever use this service. Once they get your money they stop to respond to delivery queries, product complaints and requests for return instructions. Got stuck with an ugly, poorly made coat that is soooo much different from the one advertised and impossible to return.

This company deserves ZERO stars. I only wish I had read the reviews before, as so many people have said. Do NOT buy from it under any circumstances. Shipping to the USA took one month, by which time I had returned to my home in Australia. Having been told I could ask my friend in the USA to simply mark it ‘Return to Sender’ when it turned up, I was then told - once it had arrived - that this couldn’t be done because it was a bathing suit. I am told the quality is abysmal, so it will go into the rubbish bin. Which is where this trashy on line store belongs.

Don’t waste your money. This is a scam company from China. Clothes look nothing like photos and sizes are super small and one item I received reeked of cigarette smoke. Returns are full of caveats. You have to pay to send items to UK (expensive) AND be sure to TRACK package. If you don’t, I can tell you you WON’T get a refund. If you do, maybe you will but it certainly won’t be a straight forward transaction. Guaranteed you will have to fight for it with “Courtney”. What kind of company has only one customer service employee? None. It is a scam. Stay away. Notice how you can’t right any reviews on their site? That alone is a red flag. I wish I’d have done more rrsearch before I purchased. Scam company from China.

The jacket looks noooootttthhhing like the picture. It is frumpy. It looks like the $40 ponchos they sell at Disney.

Wet shoulders in the first 5 minutes of rain. So much for water resistant.

Why didn't i read the reviews before ordering. Just a big scam, delivery from an address in my home country Germany took 4,5 weeks, return only on my own costs to UK. Thankfully i have legal insurance to file an official complaint now.

Well, I should have checked the reviews before ordering. Like so many others, I ordered the rain jacket, size L after consulting with "Courtney". It did arrive in decent time from China, awful chemical smell that won't go away, no labels/care instructions, the buttonholes are too small for the buttons, and it's HUGE on me! After reading all this, I doubt I'll try to return, seems like too much of a hassle. I've emailed but haven't heard back. Guess I'll be donating this coat, or wearing to take out the trash!! I've learned my lesson and wasted $60 hard earned dollars. Stay away from them!

I also got stuck with a huge return cost more than the awful coat was worth.
I asked before I bought if I could return and was told no problem

I have complained before that I had not received a refund for a raincoat returned in May. I can now confirm that I have finally received a full refund, however I was left out of pocket for the return postage from NZ to the UK. Nowhere on their website did I find any information about the garment coming from the UK, nor that the cost shown was in US$ not NZ dollars. As a result, I paid substantially more than I expected.
While I was placing my order, a dialogue box at the bottom of the screen was scrolling information about orders by other customers in NZ, so I assumed I was dealing with a NZ company. I won't be ordering again.

WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS before I ordered. Worse customer service ever: waited over a month for my item which had been promised in 10-12 days. When I try to connect to the return HERE site, it comes up as "invalid page". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering - THIS SHAM IS TERRIBLE!!! Almost a month for the 'shirt' I ordered to arrive. It came in a filthy bag from China and reeked of chemicals. I requested the return form for the 'hassle free' returns (what a joke!) and it turns out I'd have to mail it to the UK (from the US) so a $14.25 postal charge + the cost of customs whatever they might be. This is a total sham company selling toxic crap from China. I commented on their Facebook page and they promptly blocked me and deleted my comments. Notice there are almost no other comments - all blocked I'm sure. If anyone knows who to contact for international commerce, please tell me. I HATE SHAM COMPANIES like this - ripping people off.

What absolute tat! - I wished I'd read these reviews before spending my hard earned cash - Over £100! - Mis- representations as they look nothing like the clothes shown in the photo's, badly made out of cheap material.
