I purchased a rain jacket two months ago. I believe the company is incorporated in Spain, merchandise arrived from China, returned item (because of fit , fabric and construction ) to the UK. Went back and forth online with Courtney who simply persisted in saying that the return hasn’t arrived. No refund, no customer service, no nothing. Never buy from this unreputable organization. You’ll regret it.

Definitely DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They are not reputable and do not stand up to their responsibilities as a company. I purchased a rain jacket from them (a UK based company! To find out that they are China based!).
The coat never arrived. It was promised in 2 weeks. It’s more than 4 weeks later. Still no coat. Their Customer Service... Courtney... keeps telling me to contact my postal service here in the US with a tracking number that the USPS cannot find. Can not confirm shipment. Cannot tell me where the package is. Courtney will take no responsibility. Carine has kept my money and I don’t even have a product in hand to review! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LIARS.

Black Windbreaker from Carine-Store
I purchased a windbreaker from Carine-store online. It arrived from China about 14 days later. It was cheaply made and was not flattering. I contacted their customer service. Took 2 days to get a response. They wanted pictures of the coat and a reason for the return. I supplied the requested information, another 1.5 days wait. I then receive a message to return it to an address in the UK, this must be mailed off in 48 hrs or no return. It cost $30 to return the darn coat to the UK. The company has a US number in NY, but this phone always just gives an automated response. Also, if you want to chat with someone “live” on their site it directs you to send an email to support. I will NEVER purchase from them again. No excuse, just terrible!!

Do not buy from this company BEWARE
Do not buy from this company! I bought 2 windbreaker jackets in black- run small, didn’t fit, & one was defective. When contacted to return they wanted photos & reasons for return. They really don’t want to provide “hassle free returns & money back guarantee”. Then provided all kinds of time constraints. Also, you also have to send to the UK for return, makes it not worth it to return inexpensive crap if you live in the US. Waste of money! BEWARE!
