Amazing company and brilliant sales team, I bought my car online during the coronavirus lockdown, I needed my car urgently as I work in the health care profession and it was hard to buy something online that I had not seen however the car is exactly how they advertise. The first gentleman who I spoke to Carey was amazing and gave me lots of information about the car, he emailed me proof of M.O.T and answered any questions I had. I spoke to a few other sales members during the whole process and they are all very polite and professional it made the whole process stress free and easy. I had the car delivered to my home address, on the date of delivery the driver rang me to inform me that he would be to me within 90 minutes he was a friendly guy and asked me to look around the car to make sure I was happy. In the passenger seat was all the paperwork in a folder which contained a keyring and the 228 point check. Very happy with the experience and thank you to all the team.

Customer care was 5*, always happy to help when I called them up many times and followed up on any queries I had. Very friendly staff!!!
Staff were able to ensure quick delivery (2 day turnaround) as I wasn't going to be at home during Mon-Fri as working, very accommodating and understanding. Really appreciated this.
One concern was method of online payment (bank transfer) as doesn't seem hugely secure but car was delivered as described, so no real issues in the end with that.
Felt I was calling up a lot to check on progress eg. delivery date, when an email to acknowledge information had been received or processed would have prevented the need for this, and reduced the amount of work on their end.

I have never thought about buying a car without viewing. I can honestly recommend this experience as everyone spoke to has been so helpful, not in any way pushy but supportive. I was lucky to receive the car at a mutually agreed time. Having the 14 day cool off period is also very re-assuring.. I would like to say a big thankyou to all spoke to especially Lily Hayden who prob spoke to most during this purchase.

I recently purchased a Range Rover , the same day an engine light came on and i decided to give the car back, the staff have been extremely unhelpful. First i was told my refund will take two weeks and that i cannot just drive the car back, and that a pick up has to be arranged which wasn't true as my contract said that I can just drive it back to the site. I was also told not to drive the car. So at this point I had no car or money in addition i had to also incur extra costs with regards to insurance, tax and travel to which they just said it has nothing to do with them. Why should I incur all these additional extra charges because you've sold me a faulty car? Throughout this whole issue I had to chase everything up myself, They have not been accommodating or keeping me updated at any stage
Good sales team however after sales service disgusting. 5 weeks after I bought the car there were problems. I phoned carnext they said after 14 days not their problem and to phone leaseplan (warranty).They said take car to a vat registered garage.Very hard to find in my area to do warranty work still carnext not their problem.Eventually garage found l needed new engine and turbo cost about the same to repair as l paid for car.[3 months later].still no answers to phone calls or email from carnext was told manager wont speak to me, never spoken to him. The garage state the car would not have been up to standard when sold [226 point inspection they say wont inform me which points] Reported it to citizens advice they've reported to trading standards consumer rights 2015. Car now in garage for complete engine rebuild ,waiting for report (£1000s). Have now solicitors involved.No responds from carnext. If a car needs repairs done more than the value of car customer has to foot difference.The warranty company is called Leaseplan who have invested in carnext.
The service I received buying the car was very good and I previously left a positive review. However since then the car has developed an intermittent fault which happened very shortly after the two week return period. At first I took it to a local garage and they could not find the issue (The warranty would not cover this) the second time it happened I took it to a BMW main dealer, they diagnosed the issue and said it was an existing fault that developed several months ago, before I bought the car. The warranty will pay for the part of the repair but won't pay all the cost or for the previous visit to the garage. CarNext did not want to know - lousy customer service post sales and the Warranty is very hard work to claim from.

From start to finish had a very pleasurable experience, the sales team mainly Naz was fantastic and every question I had they were all happy to help straight away and put my mind at ease. I would definitely use this company again for future purchases, after the sale was complete for my own peace of mind I took the car to a main dealer who gave the vehicle a full inspection and confirmed that it sailed through all these checks and all were green marks none amber or red. I had read some scary reviews but I cant say that I have had a bad experience at all and that is me being honest!! and I am one hyper critical person had there been a fault I would have said.
