Signed up for free trial and was charged two payments. No response to 3 complaint emails, still in talks with my bank.

How I wish I had read these reviews before i signed up - paid for a 6 month subscription and shortly after random amounts of money kept being taken from my credit card in the name of massprofit casavista ... had to put a merchant block on my credit card for it to stop It was way INXS of the subscription i signed up for AVOID AT ALL COSTS

It is the scamer, please never never trial even free, they are follow Apple credit detail card and charged every single day until you cancel and still charge every day after cancel credit card too,

I am sorry i didn't do a quick search to see that this app is a scam. It says it is free and then charges you with different sums. When I tryed to end my subscription the link was broken. Now i have to change my credit card.

Agree with all the other comments. Transfer your money to a different account and cancel your card.

It is SCAM!

They charged from my card without my permission, but it was said about FREE trial.

Do not download this even if they say it's free! They charged my card three times in one day, then charge another 2 months without me knowing.

I called the bank to stop payment and all of a sudden this app that I never was able to use states they cannot refund me. I don't even have a log in. The minute u agree to upload this app and for feee you will get back to back charges .

If I could rate them no stars I would. We’ve had £60 taken out of our bank account in 1 day. We’ve tried contacting them, and our bank. We’re waiting on a dispute being resolved.

We never signed up to a subscription through the app and they gained instant access to bank card through the apple wallet.

Our bank have said that we can’t report as fraud but you are being fraudulent!!!!

Scam. Unfortunately I also tried the free trial and started getting g charged immediately. My cc recognized it as fraud and removed the charges but CV continues to charge random amou ts at random billing dates. There’s no way to login or change your password. (They give you the option and say “wait 5 minutes for a code” But never send the code.) I will now have to cancel my credit card.

The worst part: this subscription cannot even be cancelled from the app — it can only be paused for a limited time. This is misleading and unfair.
I contacted customer support multiple times to request cancellation, data deletion and a refund, but received no reply at all.
Casavista charged me without authorization, locked me into a subscription I cannot cancel, and ignored every message. This feels like a scam.

I was charged multiple times within a month after initially signing up on a free trial. The app does not work. Like other other reviewers I have had to report to my credit card company and will be reporting to Apple.

You can't cancel and you can't refund without going to your bank to cancel the transaction.

I signed up for a 7 day free trial, cancelled immediately because the app is a load of crap.
I get charged £30, contacted them for a refund as it’s clearly a mistake. They tell me i signed up to an app bundle with someone else, i did not do this! They then say it’s a 3 day free trial and then a £30 charge…. If this is the case why was i charged straight away? I’ve reported this to Apple i store and my banks fraud team. I dont hold out any hope of getting my £30 back. More concerned they’re going to try and take more money off me in the future.
Oh, and considering I’m supposed to be in a free trial i can’t actually access the app!!!
Avoid this like the plague!!!

NEVER EVER subscribe to this app! They will literally steal money from your credit card even after you have cancelled your subscription. My bank confirms they see an active subscription, but I know I have cancelled it and Casavista support does not respond to emails. I urge everyone to report this app as much as possible to stop this scam. Stay away from Casavista - they are running a fraudulent billing scheme!

Scam! Unfortunately they have ads on all social platforms, they charge your credit card, you don’t have access to the app. It’s a Dubai scam!!! And Facebook, Instagram agree theirs criminal scam

Crap ap and they take multiple sums out your account. Over £60 in my case,

The app as usual does the trial for 7 days etc before you can see what the app does. Once it has your credit card, you mysteriously have signed up for 4-5 of their plans including Casa vista plan, Casa vista premium, Casa vista no-add plan, Casa vista bundle and your credit card is charged multiple times. It is not possible to cancel the subscription and the customer service - aptly title MassProfit Casa vista does not reply.

Avoid at all costs.
