I deposited crypto money into my account as directed by their website. after a couple of days I contacted Casino Rocket informing them that it hasn't shown up in my account.
They asked for evidence of transfer that I sent them (even got my crypto company to help)...Unfortunately Casino Rocket keep saying the evidence isn't sufficient and want bank details - and doesn't matter how many time I tell them it wasn't a bank transfer it was crypto transfer and show them the evidence they keep replying with 'Bank transfer evidence'.
After some back and forth, they have now ignored all my emails and contact to date.

Awful scam website. They wouldn't even let me withdraw 100euro after definitely depositing way more then that. Once I'd had enough of there run around they were happy enough to close my account. Please please don't listen to them "good reviews" this website is absolutely a scam that I've reported.. I'm not desperate for 100 euro they can shove it but for anyone else who may have a bigger wins don't count on ever seeing it transfer to your account. Yes and that withdrawal never made it to my account EVER. And after a long time trying to battle with ye about it I gave up and chose to close the account and let ye keep the money.. it was more important to ye then my custom apparently
