Very unprofessional, so desorganized, I had an appointment when I got there they did not have me on the system. Also when I called to make my app I asked for a pediatrician because my son was 6years old I was told that they did, when I get there that did not have a pediatrician so they have to refer me to another office, which this other office seems like they did not want to take my son because first of all they had me on hold for a long time, and the lady was not nice at all.

Long waits
Long waits, rude staff, overbooked, always an excuse of being behind or short staffed, very unprofessional.
The staff is great
The staff is great. The wait time and length of time at the visit is longer than expected or desired. I had the first appt. to get fillings. Instead of numbing my mouth so it would be ready in 15 minutes or so. The dentis said that since the procedure of doing fillings would be long she was going to take 2 other quick patients before her. One hour later she came to numb me, however I needed extra numbing due to the location of the fillings. Had she numbed me first she would have been able to numb me two+ more times in a timely manner. Instead the appt lasted about 2-1/2 hours, deducting about 1 hr 45 minutes for the dentist to do other patients. My total appt. should have been 45 minutes which is how long she worked on me to numb me and do the actual fillings. Not a good set up. You desperately need more dentists available to assist the packed waiting room.

The lady who cleaned my teeth was extremely kind and gentle because she knew I had been very sick, too sick to have teeth cleaned for 7 months. I really appreciated her for caring! The dentist also checked on me during the cleaning to see how I was doing!

I did not have a good experience on my visit. The staff was not clear on what needed to be filled out and all was done was x-rays. I'm stll dealing with a broken tooth and in some pain. I won't be returning or recommending anyone to this location.

My apt was at 9:00 am. I had to get some ex-rays done; unfortunately, the office was having technical issues with their machine. I didn't leave until 1 pm, after the machine begin to work.
This technical error wasn't the staff's fault, so I give them 4 stars because once the x-rays were reviewed, I was able to get my consultation and cleaning done in a fair amount of time.

I wrote about a receptionist staff Veronica before. I thought it will be improved to meet customer satisfaction. But it got worse. They wrote positive reviews about themselves on google instead of getting improved her attitude. Veronica is not good at showing friendly voice tone. Castle dental needs to evaluate their receptionists and train them to how to interact and talk with customers. She is expressing to customers if she is not pleasant. She is not acknowledge her role as a receptionist. It is not effective way to work in customer service job. She seems not enjoying her job and ready to fight with customers. It is aweful! She set up my appointment after 3 months without asking customer as her will. I was supposed to see a doctor after 6 weeks but she would set up appointment as far as she could delay.
