So we have a problem with mice
I called CCS ( thinking they were nice)
But They took all my money,
And then found it funny
When the vermin returned to us twice.

My refund, they did refuse-
As if I have money to lose!
They then had the balls
To block all my calls.
Don’t use this company; they are poos.

Have used this company both privately and for the company I work for. Excellent results got rid of the pests, Pat the technician goes above and beyond to help. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again if needed.

These men are nothing but fakes
Liars scoundrels and snakes
If you’re enquiring
Or thinking of hiring
Better step on the hydraulic brakes

This is my review-

Ccs finally came knocking
After 4 no shows which was shocking
But what baffled us further
Was that the pests they had ‘murdered’
Were still leaving regular droppings

Don't let their website fool you, this pest control company only wants your pocket money. They are awful at communication and have been known to put blame on their customers for their customers for their own irresponsible actions.

I am unsure as to whether they are incompetent or just unwilling to do their job, as they've missed two appointments, and once they finally showed up, were unable to deal with the pest problem at hand.

This pest control company is a terrible scam that only cares to profit off the vulnerable and will do everything in their power to take advantage of your unfortunate pest issue. Please don't fall for their professional looking website.

Ccs finally came to our flat
To deal with a pesky rat
But they took our money not the rodent
Our trust they have broken
And left it a pest habitat

The exterminator was more than hostile
With an butt crack as long as the Nile
He couldn’t catch the rat
for he was no acrobat
And ended up face first on the tiles

Ccs’s workmanship is crude
It demonstrates their ineptitude
They’ve got no skills or craft
They’ve rinsed me into my overdraft
A cess pit of moral turpitude

We had rats running around the hall
So we gave ccs a quick call
They’re not friendly or honest
They don’t keep their promise
The nerve the gumption the gall

There once was a rat in our pad
So ccs sent out their lad
We thought our rat had a large figure
But this mans a*se crack was bigger
His belt and his service were bad

Ccs sent out an exterminator
Who showed up four failed attempts later
Did nothing but take cash
Then make a mad dash
‘I’ll be back’ no you won’t terminator

We had a pest who chose our house to convene
He lived his life behind our washing machine
Ccs failed to get him out
Now we are accustomed to his snout
Still dining on his favourite cuisine

This company are a complete scam!
We have been fighting tooth and nail to get them to attend the appointment for about 6 months. No technician attended our appointment and no notice was given to reschedule it. We have exhausted all points of contact to get in touch have have never heard from them.
The competitive price seems appealing at first, however do not pay them upfront as requested. We have lost our money and have tried everything to get it back!

The positive reviews are obviously a scam as upon closer look they were all posted within a 2 week period, no doubt by friends and family.

Atrocious. Did you see what they did there? It’s a scam. These gully men are scamming people out of cash and leaving them with not only rats but snakes as these men are slliiiiiimy. How ironic that there are more pests in this company than there are in the houses they serve (or don’t serve). Been waiting over a year for either completion of service or a refund, by which time our rat will have probably died from natural causes. We’ve been waiting SO long that this rat has been put on the contract- we are now co-habiting. Honestly this company is quite frankly the worst group of men possibly in the UK and that’s a real feat considering the Tory party exists. At this point I think I’ll die before this rat does. Genuinely never hire them, you might as well use the money to try to barter with your pest except the pest will probably have more manners than ccs.

Have been waiting for a refund from this company for about five months now. Please do not pay up front as they will literally just take it and run.

PSS, This review is not a fake as I have documented evidence of my experience with CCS. There are emails with empty promises, a video of the actual rat they believed was eradicated but not and pictures of CCS's terrible work.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Poor service given in summer last year, failed to turn up 4 times and when we asked for a refund because the pests were still here they wouldn’t talk to us. Swore at us and were very rude. Almost a year later still waiting on our money back. They won’t answer our calls either. It’s a scam

Very prompt and diligent. Very friendly technician as well. 4 month guarantee as well.

The first time they came, they did a sloppy job. As it had no impact on the rat. [it was done under 5 mins]. This was confirmed by the second technician.
The second time when he came, he plugged the whole and put traps out properly, visually seemed like a good job. Setting up appointment is always a hassle.
The rat has not died yet. Does not seems like its eating their poison
