Great service, we contacted this company because of a wasp problem and they came out the next day, problem was dealt with in about 5 minutes. I’m sure you can get cheaper, however, they came quickly which was worth the cost.

I absolutely prescribe having them on the off chance that I ever have a my vermin in my home as their administrations are super.

Booked for a mice infestation and William came promptly on the first appointment. BUT. He did not pull out to look behind the cupboards or to inspect the holes, just said they were coming for our pet's food (the mice came when we were all away over Christmas, including said pet). Chucked some sachets of poison under the sink without the bait box and left within 5 mins. A bit sloppy and no attention to detail.

They said they would ring to arrange a follow up appointment to remove the poison and close up all the holes - I had to ring to arrange this. Arranged two appointments and both failed to turn up. First one they said the van broke down - but did not have the courtesy to call the customers to say? Bit odd. Second one, didn't even bother to reply to emails or calls.

SHOCKING.

I have spoken to my credit card company to arrange for a chargeback. Do not pay this company upfront!

Their prices are very reasonable unlike others who they charge ways move.

I have to be honest. I thought pest control was an easy job until i tried to do it myself.

CCS helped me proof the house from those filthy mice.

Do not use at any cost. They are a rip off in asking for payment before the job is done, and if you change your mind or cancel they take £50 off your bill for no reason!! This not even 24 hours before the job is meant to take place, but even if you cancel way in advance! Charlea customer service is rude and a liar and shows her true colours when a customer is not satisfied.

They are an aggressive and misleading company with unprofessional mannerism of staff members(Charlea James) that do not know how to conduct themselves with customers. They mis sell their services and when you call back to cancel that's when their true colours come out, shouting at customers and using abusive statements, language and putting the phone down on you, as well as threatening customers!! Please please please whatever you do they are not worth it, there are plenty of other genuine nice companies out there that know how to treat their customers and or prospective customers. From when a company asks for payment in advance without stipulating any terms and conditions during payment and when the invoice is sent etc or have provided any service that is when red flags should sound... I unfortunately made that mistake! and will never do that again!

I am not one to give reviews etc but for this company and it's staff i had to warn other people as it's a definite NO GO!! I will be taking them to the Ombudsmen and taking things further. Terrible company, terrible customer service especially from the sales assistant Charlea James soo so rude. i can't believe such bogus companies still exist! livid!

I paid for the treatment and they only inspected as treatment wasn’t required. They agreed to reimburse me £100 but they have not and are no longer responding to my emails. The only way I can get my money is by going to the ombudsman. There is no honesty or integrity with this company.

They did a great job proofing my house from mice.
