A beacon of hope in the online market - Please support small footprint stores
Been using this site as my only provider of LED lights (G9 socket) for over 4 years. Products were simply cheaper than what the general market offered back in 2019 and it still holds true today. It is true, at the time I was looking for a particular brand that Celon.ro seemed to be amply stocked with, which was a major decision factor leading to my first purchase.
I later came back for other products as well and am currently thinking of buying from their light source category as I need to refresh my light sources around the house.
Amazing customer service, I was emailed right after placing an order with info around available stocks and alternative products where my original choice was missing. Great interaction, always a pleasure ordering from their site.
At the start of using the site, first order, I lodged a complaint about their site not being secure - looked like a cert being expired - they fixed it in less than a week... I mean, kudos for caring and know you've got yourself a loyal customer as on account of doing so many things right.
Site can be improved: better indexing and product structuring would make justice to their incredibly vast product catalogue. Product descriptions, pictures, especially for light sources, also have room for improvement.
