Heating Services Certas Energy Reviews 

Boiler failure reported to Certas at 9 in the morning. We had an engineer with us less than three hours later and the boiler purring away less than an hour later.

Excellent service from an expert. All worked explained. Trustworthy.

Again great service from Certas and in particular Riki Urquhart our boiler engineer from Certas.
He has attended a few times in the last couple of years, always friendly and professional, always on time and importantly given we have a troublesome boiler able to fix it!

Just started using Certas Energy Heating Services having been a happy Certas Energy Oil customer for many years. I wish I had switched to them before now for looking after our boiler. I was SO impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the service on our boiler. Phil explained what he did, what he replaced, and he was very courteous and tidy. I'm a happy customer and feel we’re now in a safe pair of hands. I wish other service driven companies delivered the same level of good reliable customer service.

Phil Cooke telephoned to advise estimated time of arrival and arrived on time. He was polite, pleasant, cheerful and informative. He explained the function of the part he was renewing and showed me both the old part and the new part to explain why it needed renewing. He left the site where he had been working clean, tidy and as he had found it.

Excellent professional engineer who is always helpful and a really good friendly personable guy. Let’s make sure I get Jake Winter again next time 👍👍👍
