I spoke with an Account Manager named Luca who was really professional and amazing to work with. He quickly gave us amazing offers and opportunities to save money and he delivered on his promise to call back at a specific time and he was so patient and understanding with our situation.

Fantastic service on changing supplier
After my monthly payment was increased by over 7% I decided to seek a more reasonable supplier and checked Switcheroo. I was contacted by Luca di Giovanni from Chadwell Telecoms and he took great care in questioning me to understand my current situation and future requirements. He has provided me with a new supplier which is £45 per month less expensive and a fast changeover date.
I would highly recommend this company and thank Luca for his professional and knowledgeable service.

I had some trouble with my phone…
I had some trouble with my phone something to do with the portal, I couldn't use my phone for incoming or outgoing calls. I was very pleased with the way Neil and Ashleigh dealt with the situation and they had my phone back up and running in no time. Thank you both for your time and patience with me.
