Very bad experience with this company
Very bad experience with this company. I ordered a bottle of champagne to be delivered before Valentine’s Day.
2 days before Valentine’s Day they e mailed to say it was not in stock and offered alternatives. It was a particular champagne that I wanted so an alternative was going to spoil the whole reason for the gift. I told them this and asked for a refund.
I am having no luck contacting them. No one is replying to my e mails or voicemails.
I also dislike leaving bad reviews but I honestly could not recommend this company.

Poor customer service and hard to contact
I placed an order for two bottles of champagne. They contacted me to say one was unavailable so we agreed on an alternative subject to them refunding me the difference in price. The refund didn’t come despite me asking for it. They don’t respond to live chat, emails or answer the telephone.
Today my order arrived with a completely different bottle to what we agreed. It’s cheaper still and no refund in sight. To make matters worse they then invoiced me for the item they couldn’t supply.
So I am due a refund and the correct bottle.
Update: the company collected the incorrect bottle (the day after I waited in all day for collection) and have now processed a refund of the item they could not supply.
