A few hiccups along the way with the item I ordered being out of stock and having to wait some time before more came in. Ryan was however always quick to respond to my emails and eventually the order was fulfilled and I am very happy with my purchase.

Takes orders but no stock
Ordered on the basis it would be up to 4 days delivery. 2 weeks later, no communication and no delivery. It seems they take your order even though they have no stock, therefore you as a customer have to wait till they receive stock. This should be stated when you place an order. I requested a refund twice and ultimately had to go through the chargeback process through my bank. Definitely won’t order again

Contacted company after a week looking for an update on the items I ordered, unfortunately they had run out of stock. Their response was quick and helpful informing me of the issue. I was happy to wait as stock was in transit to them. Have now received my order. Ideally would have liked to have been notified by email when my order was being processed.

Next day order never arrived and can't get hold of customer service. Awful
I ordered a jeroboam last Wednesday for my son’s 21st and selected next day delivery. Today is Sunday and it hasn’t arrived. Impossible to get hold of. Phone rings once and then you’re taken to voicemail. No one responds to chat. I’ve left several messages and emails and no response so far. I’ll update this review if anything changes but given that I’ve spent my money and not even been given a tracking number or delivery date, and not managed to speak to anyone, I currently feel I’ve been scammed.
Updating on Monday:
1. I had a response from them to my Trustpilot review above, asking for more info, before anyone responded to my messages about the order.
2. Thought I'd try again before updating this review. Called them and again it went straight to voicemail with a message about all lines being busy. This is clearly untrue since every call goes straight to voicemail.
3. Got on to the chat where finally someone responded. Was told that I should have emailed the warehouse. How on earth should I have known that?! And given no-one has responded to the messages left via chat and voicemail, I certainly didn't think that sending a message to info@champagneone would work
4. Someone has finally emailed me (I did ask on the chat that they call me and gave them my number but they emailed instead). They told there is a major delay on my order at the warehouse. As it is now too late for my son's birthday I've asked them to cancel the order. I assume that will happen but will update here if it doesn't.
