Great service. Temporary issue with the product I wanted not being available but resolved very quickly.

I ordered a bottle of whisky for my father's birthday. I got no confirmation email or text. I then emailed the company who said (Ryan) they didn't actually have the whisky in stock but would send it to me by the time of my dad's birthday a week later. A week later (the day before the birthday) and no email, text or bottle of whisky! I emailed Ryan again (the phone number is not ever answered) and he said that they still didn't actually have the whisky but could send me something else or refund immediately (The site still says they have the whisky available for immediate delivery). 5 days later and they still have not refunded my £180. A terrible company taking money for products they don't have, terrible communication and no refund. I will have to go to my credit card company to cancel. Do not use this company.

Order process was easy. Delivery of item arrived within 3 days. I bought this Outer Space Vodka for my husbands 50th as we originally purchased this item last year for a friend's 50th.
My husband & friend said it had a very nice flavour & was very smooth.
Would most definitely recommend.

Great seller but not very impressed with the 5%off card they sent with my order, used it once then couldn't use it again at time up on it, don't know why they bothered sending it me.

Lovely wine at a reasonable price. The more you buy the cheaper each bottle costs. Delivery was a little on the slow side, but my wine may have had to come a long way? Also, it would be great if they kept me informed at each stage. More emails about what's happening with my order and expected delivery date and time would be brilliant, thanks. Otherwise spot on.

Delicious wine is now my favourite.

Excellent service, items well packaged

Great wine and friendly company. Delivery was delayed by Parcelforce by a day and no communication was given so that was a bit frustrating.

Effortless experience. Enormous selection all in one place, made searching for specific items a breeze. The team resolved an out of stock item quickly and the order arrived the following day. Huge thanks to Ryan and the team for the swift dispatch and the absolutely epic packaging. Nothing's going to get damaged in the magnificent bubble wrap tube things.
Now to enjoy the contents.

Same experience as many on here. I wish I'd read the reviews first. Ordered some wine that was shown on the web site as 'in stock' and paid for next day delivery. When I e mailed to ask why my order was not with me I was told there will be a very long wait as it is not in fact in stock. I Won't be using this company again as they lie to get your money. Won't be falling for that twice.

Update. The company was quick to reply to my complaint (within an hour) and have offered to cancel my order for full refund or refund the delivery charge while I wait for the wine.
I have chosen to wait and accept the late delivery. Although still disappointed at the unexpected wait the customer service was prompt. Review score adjusted accordingly. Hopefully the order won't take too long.

Haven’t tasted the bottles of Prosecco as I bought to hand out as thank you gifts . But the bottles are pretty and the order arrived quickly , no problems and well packaged .

Fantastic service, Ryan was really helpful when the product I wanted on quick delivery wasn’t available. Prompt delivery on alternative product and really well packaged will definitely be my go to in the future 😀
