Pretty strict return policy but kinda understandable. Just read the description really carefully before bidding. Leonardo Muselli is awesome and incredibly helpful customer service. Haven’t received my items yet but I’m excited.

My first experience dealing with CHARITY STARS was perfect and could not have gone any better mainly due to the excellent help i received from their customer care specialists .looking back i wish i had discovered this platform for football memorabilia earlier .I will without doubt be watching this site in the future.

I frequently engage with campaigns through Charity Stars and have had a fantastic experience with each one. The campaign prizes always arrive securely and well packaged within their estimated timeline. The staff and customer service team is always prompt and professional when I have questions. I've even won a grand prize trip to Tokyo, Japan through one of their many campaigns & it being my very first campaign I’ve ever participated in with them. The entire grand prize redemption process was quick, smooth and very accommodating of my needs. I was guided through the entire process from confirming the prize, they had promptly secured flights for myself & my friend, hotel accommodations, transportation upon arrival and progress check-ins throughout the trip to make sure all my needs were met and that I was enjoying the experience. I even received a much needed pep talk as I was a complete nervous wreck upon finding out I would be meeting my idol on this grand prize trip. I have nothing but great things to say about Charity Stars and I’m so happy to continue engaging in causes that matter most to me. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every single campaign I’ve participated in and I’ll continue to come back and support as their service and their drive to make dreams come true truly inspires me. You absolutely cannot go wrong with their campaigns & superb customer service.

Won an 'official' LFC store shirt signed by Sadio Mane.
Turns out the shirt is a cheap counterfeit with a fake signature.
No '10' as Mane ALWAYS adds to his sig.
The '/' above the E in his name is stuck on backwards like '\'.
total ripoff.
The COA is issued by a company that has only been registered for a few months, no doubt owned by someone associated with CharityStars.
