A great experience booking with Charter Travel. Leah helped us arrange our Orlando trip for next year with a split stay at Universal and Disney and secured an excellent deal. Her communication has been outstanding and she has been friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful throughout. Searched for Weeks for a company that will help us book a family trip to Orlando well in advance, to help soften the financial blow, then I stumbled across Andy from Charter travel, he managed to book us the villa location we was after while accommodating very strict dates. Even after me giving the incorrect dates initially, he went the extra mile to help us adjust. Thank you Andy. We now have plenty of time to get excited! I wanted a quick response so as to make a decision and look at prices. Before making my decision I contacted another organisation. They made one call which I missed. Than sent an email telling me they had looked at my request and attached nothing. Charter not only responded, I got a breakdown, email, phone call, my preference to book my seats straight away. He also confirmed all my details within the same night and this made me feel confident in making my booking with them. Excellent service and theme park tickets explained and added.

Responsive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Everything was organised to suit my requirements with expertise and efficiency. As reliable and helpful as always. Charter Travel find all the opportunities, places and organise everything, all I have to do is choose which I prefer.

Dealt with Peter again for booking our family trip to Disney Florida. Second time he has helped us and must say he is extremely polite and helpful. Very knowledgable about everything Disney. We travelled to Sri Lanka and the Maldives in April. We booked through Gerard who expertly guided us with our booking. I can honestly say the holiday was fabulous from start to finish. The hotels were all amazing and when I contacted Gerard with reservations about flying through Dubai with the ongoing conflict he quickly sorted us with new direct flights from London. Sri Lanka was so much more than we imagined and the guide we spent the week with was brilliant. One week was not long enough and we intend to go back! When we do return we would definitely book with Charter Travel again. We have used them several times before and they are fantastic to deal with. The Maldives was also beautiful. We stayed on Kuredu and found there was lots to occupy us. My husband isn’t a great sunbather so we were able to golf, play tennis, pool and paddle. The water was beautiful and swimming with turtles definitely ticked off another item on my bucket list!! Thanks for a great trip and many memories!!!

I had always wanted to go to the Maldives for my honeymoon. My husband to be was not so excited about the idea of lounging on beaches and swimming, so we looked at two centre holidays. We found that one of the common places to add to Maldives was Sri-Lanka. We both love wildlife, so the idea of elephants, leopards, monkeys etc was very enticing.
We looked at a few travel agents and they didn't seem to offer a whole package deal with lots of different excursions, and they were expensive.
We eventually came across Charter and Gerard, who is the expert on the area, offered a fully planned out itinerary to get the most out of Sri Lanka, and a selection of Maldives hotels. This was fully flexible, so when we said we wanted to add in a river trip, or take out a temple, there was no issue whatsoever, and the price was better than anywhere else we had seen.
I was a little dubious as I had never heard of Charter, but when we arrived we were immediately picked up by our driver, who stayed with us for the entire time. He drove us around in an air conditioned vehicle and took us to a variety of places, where he showed good knowledge, explaining religious customs, history and wildlife. Each place we had private tours rather than a big group. Every hotel we stayed in was beautiful, a wide variety of food, great air conditioning, views and pools, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.
The Madu River Safari is one of the most beautiful sceneries I have ever experienced, and I highly recommend Yala, Udawalawa, Ella etc.
We then went onto the Maldives for a week and there are no words to describe how much of a paradise this is. Again a beautiful resort, great food, drinks, pools, watersports, views, beaches and staff who are out of this world.
I believe Charter have experts in all areas of the world so I will definitely be looking to them in future for holidays.

Ok, this is purely about the booking experience.
Next year we have two big birthdays (70) and near enough 50 years married so we wanted a special holiday, I’ll be honest and say we did look elsewhere first as I wanted to chat to a travel agent and get their advice.
The holiday is to be in Hawaii, the reason we decided on Charter holidays over the others wasn’t about price it was about Linda, oh my this lady knows her stuff, we explained what we wanted and she put together a great package ……..she advised us on dates we should look at for whale watching and visits she thought we would like on a twin island break.
She advised on the twin island idea , the use of a hire car and the upgrade to premium for the flight.
She advised on the local charges at the hotels ….
Basically went over and above to cover all aspects of this dream trip.
Linda explained fully about the booking process….if the holiday goes as well as the booking process we are onto a winner.

I had never used charter travel before so was sceptical when i found the exact holiday £4000 cheaper with them but i checked the reviews checked certificates and all seemed good so we went ahead and booked. Luke our travel agent was super helpful every step of the way he answered any questions that came up super quickly and was always really responsive adding things or helping me in any way.
We have just got back from our holiday and everything ran super smooth there was absolutely no hiccups. luke had booked three hotels, flights, seats, park tickets, car hire everything we needed for our florida holiday and everything was fabulous. I cant thank you enough

We are booking a family holiday to Florida for 2027 and have thus far received top notch service from CharterTravel.
Andy listened to our requirements then provided a number of options for us to choose. Flight, villa and car hire all sorted.
There has since been an issue with the villa which was addressed quickly and an upgrade provided.
Now just looking forward to our holiday next year.

My husband and I decided to do something different this year. We contacted Richard and told him what airport we wanted to fly into and out of and asked if he could fill in the gaps and true to form he delivered an amazing road trip for us. His experience within the travel company is second to none. Excellent customer service, professional throughout. And we can’t wait for this holiday.
