I have used Charter Travel numerous times and I cannot praise Linda enough.
I always feel such a valued customer and from booking Hawaii/Los Angeles to name a couple of places that Linda has booked for me she has been such a great help and so very knowledgeable.
She picks great hotels and always gives me the best options that are available and even suggests places to visit etc which are so helpful.
I wouldn't use anyone else because I know that I am in safe hands and would highly recommend Charter Travel and Linda 😊

Me and my partner were invited to a wedding in Las Vegas, I reached out to Peter to get a quote whilst I also looking myself. Peter was so quick to get my quote sorted and it was booked in less than 48hrs of reaching out. He was cheaper for 6 nights than I could find for 4! Any questions I had were answered with no delay. We even got an amazing price on a flight upgrade and had some amazing seats that really made the trip that much of a better experience. His recommendations were super helpful and you can tell he knows his stuff and has amazing experience in US travel. The group are already discussing our next adventure to the states and I will definitely use peter again and will advise the rest of our group to do so as well. Thank you, any contact we had with any other member of charter travel was quick and efficient.

I booked our holiday to the Maldives through Charter Travel after a friend recommended them and I can’t recommend them and Danny enough. He has been brilliant throughout the whole process giving advice and after the war in the Middle East dealing with the airline and changing our flights. We have felt really looked after and we will be booking all our future holidays through them.

Leah at Charter was amazing. I asked so many questions and she always had the answer. Our trip was amazing, booking with Charter took all my worries away, they sorted everything. I on't be looking anywhere else for my next trip, i'm going staright back to Charter

From when we first contacted Gerard at Charter Travel for our trip to India (The Golden Triangle) and the Maldives it was an easy, helpful, friendly and hassle free experience.
Our trip exceeded our expectations and our driver ( Sachin) and tour guides in India that were arranged by Charter Travel were very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
The holiday was a fantastic experience, the sights, vibe, people, and the hotels in India were unbelievable and then the atmosphere, tranquility and peacefulness of the Maldives was magical.
Landing at Delhi we stayed for 2 nights in The Imperial, absolutely stunning and luxurious hotel, we then travelled to Agra and stayed at the Oberoi Amarvilas Hotel, another stunning and luxurious hotel with fabulous views overlooking the Taj Mahal, we then travelled to Jaipur and again stayed at another Oberoi Hotel Rajvilas, once again stunning grounds, super food, wonderful staff who can’t do enough for you.
We then travelled back to Delhi and stayed at another Oberoi Hotel Gurgaon, which unfortunately was more of a business hotel rather than the previous Oberoi’s. We then flew onto the Maldives staying at Oblu Select Lobigili (Adult Only) which matched the luxurious accommodation, exceptional service, friendliness of the staff of the Oberoi Hotels. A big thank you to the Ylang Ylang restaurant for delivering not only an excellent service and selection of food and their friendliness always with a smile.

We’ve booked with Leah at Charter Travel three times now and always get great service. She listens to what we want and is speedy to respond. She’s got a lovely, professional style and we always book our long haul trips with her now. Brilliant company - would recommend!

We have used Charter Travel (Linda) many times over the last 10 years to organise a variety of holidays that included multi destinations across the world and some included cruises. For the latest holiday we were NOT disappointed and they even exceeded our expectations, given we had quite complicated requests.
We travelled to Miami for 4 days to take in the Miami ATP tennis, then went on a cruise that covered Mexico, Honduras and Bahamas, then stayed in Miami for a couple of nights before returning home.
Linda came up with suggestions for the flights and they were all at very reasonable times (nothing too early in the morning).
She also suggested hotels and the two we chose were excellent.
The first one was in a perfect location on Miami beach and the room was great with a nice view. The hotel staff were great and they also catered well for my Coeliac as I needed gluten free options.
The second hotel was larger and had many facilities. We had a one bedroom suite that had a kitchen and this was ideal for us to relax after our busy cruise.

The cruise was well organised and we had a great stateroom with infinity balcony - a great experience.

Everything was perfect and we also had the confidence in knowing that if anything did go wrong then we had Linda there to help sort it out (Like she did 5 years ago when I got Covid on a cruise and needed to extend my stay in Canada and rearrange flights).

Well done team (and Linda especially)

We thoroughly enjoyed every part of it. From the experiences to each place we visited. Everything was so well thought out and seamlessly organised, which made it really easy for us to relax and make the most of our time there.

Having booked a dream trip to Hawai'i through Charter Travel in 2025, we decided to ask Linda to put together an itinerary for a trip to Australia. No real parameters just that it was likely to be a one-off and we had a month (Feb into Mar). Oh my goodness! We saw so much, we did so much, we had beach, rain forest, animals, barrier reef, and stayed in brilliant hotels in perfect locations for exploring. Melbourne, Sydney, Hamilton Island (out of this world!!!), Brisbane, Cairns, Port Douglas. Honestly we felt as though we must have been away 6 months to do and see so much. The BEST was the service provided given the outbreak of war during our holiday. We were flying Emirates and due to transit Dubai. Thanks to the work of Linda and the team at Charter Travel we were re-routed, enjoyed a wee bonus night in Sydney then home via Vancouver & NY. We arrived home 1 day later than scheduled but without any hassle or worry. If you were ever in doubt as to the benefit of a good travel agent...try traveling during a war! So grateful for the amazing itinerary, accommodation and the work to get us home. I recommend Linda and Charter Travel if you are looking to go to Hawai'i or Australia. Just the best ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were a group of 4 travelling to India to do the Golden Triangle and then onto the Maldives. We cannot fault the service from the moment of booking until our return. Every stage from the moment we approached Charter Travel was overseen be Gerard. He was always quick to respond to any queries re the planning and was professional and helpful throughout. The trip was very comfortable and we were greeted from the moment we landed at Delhi Airport and were constantly supported by knowledgeable guides throughout our trip. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to family and friends.

Thank you to Gerard and Charter Travel for organising and arranging our holiday to Northern India (the golden triangle) and Goa and Mumbai. The tours were excellent and your expertise really helped us pull the itinerary together. I’m not sure we could’ve done it without your help. We didn’t have any problems with quite a complicated itinerary and we felt very safe with the driver and the tour Guides were incredibly knowledgeable. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Overall the holiday was very nice and well organised. We had a poor experience where the driver we were allocated nearly fell asleep at the wheel on motorways on two occasions. Charter Travel were not very interested by this which personally I feel is unacceptable. Perhaps if someone actually gets hurt they will be

I have been on here before but i am on again , i can not thank charter travel and Peter enough , worked so hard to get us what we wanted a multi centre holiday to , Washington, Chicago, and nashville, all the emails i sent backwards and forwards , worked hard to get the hotels we wanted, even apologised for taking a long time, but that was no fault of theirs, would give more than 5 stars if i could , now just to wait for the fantastic holiday we are going to have , thanks again .xx

Charter Travel are not only very competitive but the staff are so hardworking they go above and beyond. Many emails have been sent to myself after working hours as I was promised a quote. They have always delivered. This year in April will be the third time in three consecutive years we have booked Disney World through them. They have always delivered on price and Service.

Our holiday was cancelled the day before we were due to travel due to the conflict in the Middle East(this wasnt booked through charter) I rang Charter Travel whilst sat in the airport hotel to see what they could find us so our two weeks leave wasn’t wasted. Peter found us a 2 week holiday to Orlando, including flights, villa, car hire and park tickets all within 12 hours. We flew the next day. Everything went smoothly and we had an amazing time. I would highly recommend using them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Linda organized the most amazing holiday to Mauritius. We very rarely do All inclusive and spend so much time in one place, but this place was amazing.

From the start it felt very special when we received a beautiful wallet with our tickets and luggage labels.

From arrival in Mauritius, everything was great, we had a driver easily found at the airport to take us direct to the hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We arrived quite early in the morning and knew that our room wouldn’t be ready, but we got changed and made good use of the pool and the facilities, straight into the All Inclusive!! 🍹🥂

The hotel is stunning, has a beautiful pool which is the centre of everything, the main buffet restaurant is to the side of it and is a wonderful place to eat, another side is the bar and entertainment and then the beach is just a 20 second walk!

There was a choice of 3 A La Carte restaurants, Italian, Fish and Beef restaurants, we could go to any of them at anytime, there was no restrictions unless they didn’t have space, we found out that the hotel was only at 50% capacity whilst we was there so we managed to eat in all of them more than once. The service was fabulous, the food delicious and the setting for each restaurant was facing onto the beach, this meant eating under the stars listening to the waves, it was extremely romantic. They were constantly refilling our drinks.
The main buffet restaurant had a huge variety of food, something for everyone, and all freshly cooked with the chefs on show. The bread was freshly made and tasted divine!

The All Inclusive was proper All Inclusive !!! The cocktails were made from good alcohol and very tasty. There was plenty of waiters, they walked around the pool and also bought my cocktails down to the sea 😊 All the staff in the hotel were very friendly.

The evening entertainment was ok, quite standard hotel entertainment.

Our room, is probably one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. We had the junior suite on the ground floor, this was a big room, large king size bed, with lounge area, dressing room and huge bathroom with large bath, separate large shower and double sinks. We opened the patio doors straight on to a large terrace with 2 sun loungers, 2 sun chairs and a table and chairs, this had a gate that lead directly onto the beach.
We often laid on the beach at night and looked up at the stars – it was beautiful.
It was cleaned in the morning and the rechecked in the evening and the blinds pulled and soft lighting left on.

We did a few excursions, these were all organised by the rep in the hotel, we know we could of got cheaper but it was so well organised and personal.

We drove to the south of the island and hired a speedboat with a driver and diver and went diving with the dolphins, this was a fabulous experience, we swam very closely with the dolphins in their own environment. On the same trip we visited the seven coloured earth and the tallest waterfall and rum distillery – all excellent things to do.

We took a flight in a helicopter over the Island, it is very beautiful, we saw the underwater waterfall and the tallest mountains, seven different coloured sands and highest waterfall.

Separately we went on a catamaran trip, this was fabulous and we had a bbq onboard.

As with all the above tours, the people were very friendly and can’t do enough for you.

We had the most amazing holiday booked through charter travel. The hotel we stayed in Danang Vietnam was breathtaking.
We had problems getting home because of the Iran conflict. Etihad airways were impossible to get hold of even now they won't answer there phones.
We are in our60s and not great with technology. We were so worried.
Dawn from Charter travel got on the case ,spoke to us over the phone, Dawn sorted out our return flights and was the only one who helped us. We cannot thank Dawn enough, the help we received was amazing.
We will definitely book through Charter travel again as they we're unbelievably helpful.
Customer service from Charter travel is above and beyond anything I have experienced.
