Made an early booking for a combo for a 17 night stay at Caribbean Beach at Disney Orlando and Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando for my Wife and I for September 2025,

Charter travel were the best prices I could find, fantastic service and information from both Sean and Kate, nothing is a bother when asking for different options.

Very impressed with the service and help, hoping to book again with Sean for 2027.

We have used Charter twice now and can highly recommend them for exceptional service (friends have had the same experience and recommended them to us in the first place). Shout out especially to Danny who is excellent with his communication and in tailoring trips to our needs - plus helping to sort things out when needed.

We knew next to nothing about Sri Lanka before we booked this holiday, but Gerard patiently led us through several draft itineraries perfectly meeting our interests and needs and responding with detailed knowledge and expertise to every request. The trip itself worked out completely to plan with our guide picking us up from the airport and taking us around the country from hotel to hotel. Every need or preference we put forward on the way was readily met by him so we constantly felt safe and well cared for. My particular interest was in birdlife and so we included several very succesful bird safaris in our trip. All together a holiday of a lifetime!

Big shout out to Linda who has made boking our trip to Hawaii so much easier. She is an encyclopaedia of knowledge and knows everything there is to know about Hawaii and beyond! I felt so overwhelmed but she done nothing but go over and beyond what needed to do. I feel in safe hands with her, if only she can come along with us and be our tour guide :)

Linda helped us with so much information , never put pressure on us to book , and listened to our needs. Linda even found us different cheaper options and nothing was too much effort . We feel we are so organised with this holiday and have so many options of restaurants, things to do and people to help us .
It’s so great nowadays to be able to speak to someone who has so much experience , not pushy , and shares her enthusiasm for the holiday in the most friendliest of ways .
Linda also gave us hints on another holiday we have booked ( with someone else ) to get the best out of that holiday .

We cannot recommend this company enough.

We first came to Charter Travel 10 years ago to plan our honeymoon, and Linda gave us the trip of a lifetime. We were amazed by the quality of the hotels and the level of service provided. At every hotel we arrived at, Linda had arranged something special for us, and she always managed to get the very best possible within our budget.

At the time, we never thought we would be able to experience a holiday like that again. Yet here we are 10 years later, going back for our 10-year wedding anniversary.

On a Sunday morning we made the decision to go back, giving ourselves just one month to plan — a very tight turnaround. We contacted Linda to see if she could help us arrange the trip once more, not even knowing if she was still working at Charter Travel. Sure enough, within a few hours we received three emails full of ideas for our trip, followed by a phone call. The response was incredibly quick!

After narrowing down the options and getting into the details, Linda has once again delivered what looks set to be another trip of a lifetime. We cannot wait to go and have absolutely no doubt it’s going to be sensational.

Even after booking, Linda has continued to send emails with suggested activities and helpful advice on where to go and what to see. The aftercare and support really continue throughout the whole process, and we are confident that while we are away Linda will still be on hand if we need anything.

We cannot thank Linda enough for all of her support and we can’t wait to book with her again in the future.

We booked our Florida trip through Charter Travel and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

Luke looked after everything for us. There were eight of us travelling — two families — and he made the whole process really straightforward. We spent the first week doing Disney and the second week at Universal. Luke helped us choose All-Star Movies for the Disney week and Sapphire Falls for Universal, which worked perfectly for what we wanted to do.

What really stood out was how responsive Charter were. Even on Sunday evenings we’d get quick replies if we had questions, which made planning a big trip like this much easier.

The pricing was also very competitive and Luke gave us loads of different hotel options across various price brackets so we could properly compare and decide what suited us best.

He also gave us great advice on things to do while we were there, including ideas that we didn’t even book through Charter. One of the best tips was watching the fireworks from the boats at Epcot and Magic Kingdom. We ended up booking the Epcot one and it was absolutely brilliant — definitely one of the highlights of the trip.

We had an amazing time and honestly couldn’t have asked for more from Charter Travel. I’d highly recommend them and would definitely use them again for future trips.

Everything i booked for Florida was amazing, this company really delivers in everything and they made my hokiday seamless. The addition of the airport transfers was amazing and it reallytook the pressure off getting to the airport on time.
Sean, luke, Leah and jack were all fantastic in helping this 3 week trip be a success.
My only small negative, but definitely not a deterrent for booking again is that there isnt anyway to log into a booking to view balances etc but other than that i have no complaints at all.

I decided to book my holiday to Sri Lanka with Charter Travel having looked into their reviews. As a solo female traveller I wanted to ensure I had a tour guide and that I was able to experience some of the well known and also remote areas of Sri Lanka safely. I was impressed with how Gerard adapted the holiday for me for 21 days away ensuring the hotels met my expectations and that I felt comfortable with the itinerary before booking. Paying the deposit by credit card also gave me reassurances.

I can’t wait to finally fly out and then write a review in my return as the company so far has been amazing.

This is my second time using charter travel for a Florida trip. The booking process is easy and hassle free. The vouchering process for everything we booked is so simple. They have such great knowledge on the destination and were able to provide recommendations! We had Leah this time and she was fabulous. Previously I have worked with Sean and again such amazing service. highly recommend!

We used Charter Travel for our honeymoon to SriLanka and The Maldives. They organised everything perfectly and we had a great time. Top notch hotels, suberb guide / driver, it felt like a VIP experience. We will be using them again for sure.

Have been using Charter Travel for over 15years now . Absolutely best price passed onto customer . Service provided is first class and I feel they always go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend Charter Travel . All the travel consultants I have dealt with are so knowledgeable and often recommend a change to your request , they work hard to give you the holiday you want and within budget .

Jason was amazing and really helpful when we needed a last minute change to our holiday. Jason immediately started looking in to other options for us and found us a dream hotel. We will definitely use charter travel again.

We had a great experience with Leah when booking our trip with chart to travel. We went back-and-forth with different dates, different itineraries, and she was very patient and professional throughout. We are really looking forward to our trip to Florida in May.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday trip, including a tour of Sri Lanka, followed by a lovely relaxing time in The Maldives.
Everything was taken care of by Gérard at Charter Travel. Nothing was too much trouble for him when we were discussing what we wanted from the Sri Lankan tour. We listened to his advice and worked out exactly what we wanted to see and experience. Gérard then worked a price out, which was very competitive, compared to other travel companies we were getting quotes from.
We were a group of 2 couples and had a private driver /guide for the week in Sri Lanka. His name was Devaka and we all got on very well with him. He was a very professional and polite man with a great knowledge of the sights we went to. In our opinion he went above and beyond what we were expecting.
We felt like friends by the time we left him at the airport to continue onto The Maldives. All the hotels were of a good standard and food also plentiful and a wide variety, catering for all.
The trip to the Maldives included a 30 minute speedboat ride, which was superb. Our destination was Thulhagiri Island resort & spa.
This was our 1st visit to The Maldives and it won't be the last.
From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were treated so well, we could not complain about anything. The snorkeling on the reef was very good. The staff were very attentive and polite, and friendly, especially the dining staff and the bar staff.

I have used charter travel and Linda for the past 8 years and they have been fantastic. The last holiday we planned with Linda was a road trip across Canada, starting in Vancouver then going to a ranch, then on through the Rockies and ending up in Calgary for the stampede and it was amazing.
Linda has always been fantastic. She always books amazing hotels and she has so much knowledge about things its a pleasure to plan and book our holidays with her.
I wouldn't use anyone else to help us plan and book the amazing holidays we have done with Charter Travel and especially with Linda.
