Unprofessional. Go elsewhere.
I booked a last minute appointment. I had thought the stylist had been very thorough and careful and was initially happy with my cut when I left. When I got home, I noticed a lot of spots that were missed and uneven. I went back and she fixed it all but kept giving excuses as to why she missed it. I'm happy now with the cut, but gave 2 stars because when I left, I could hear her complaining about me to the front desk person. At least wait until I'm out of sight if you're going to talk about me. I will not go back due to the unprofessionalism.

Could of been better
She did not give me a fade she used a 2 and went up the sides of my head I wanted a 1-2 bottom to - top.
My hard part was to thick, and she never asked me how I wanted the back done she just did it and thought, oh this is good enough lol.
Did not ask me if I need my hair washed I didn’t wash it that day so it could be, I did tell her I had product in my hair and she never said hey let’s wash your hair, also it’s the next day and she missed all around my ears and the sides of my back neck I just did them my self.
I was charged as a barber but all she did was give me a hard part, and everything else was stylist the hair cut was worth only 25.00 dollars not 37.00.

My other daughter told how her hair…
My other daughter told how her hair dresser was fresh out of hair school and again they measured out length to cut and he did the same and cut her hair to short. Maybe the hair dressers have a phobia of long hair there or a disregard for how young adults ask to have their hair done. If I didn’t have both my daughters come home upset over the same thing happening to them I would be more cautious on what occurred but we will not be booking further with your salon again and I recommend it to anyone else with long hair attending for an appointment
