Was a but confusing as it looks like a store at first, but the salon is at the back. Just had to talk to talk to the person at the register. Loved my stylist

The experience was fantastic
The experience was fantastic. The treatment to my hair colouring process was explained to me in detail and the after care for what I needed to do at home to keep my colour from fading etc was very helpful.

My stylist Samantha went above and beyond worh the updo I was asking for and the front employee was so kind to put my false eyelashes at no cost!! As most salon I’ve been to
As most salon I’ve been to, you always give clients two shampoo and one conditioner with a head massage when getting a wash cut and style but my stylist ask if I would like to wash my hair and she only gave me one shampoo and one conditioner with no head massage. Hair wash is important as it should make you feel clean and relaxed.Secondly I told my stylist from the start that I want the same hair cut but just clean it up and how I want to grow out my face frame , i love the back of my hair layer but the front she cut it too short as she did not listen or communicate with me long enough to understand that I want to grow out my face frame and just clean up . Lastly I ask for a blow out with volume. While she style my hair, instead of having me face the mirror , she faced me side way while facing the wall the whole time . I wished she used a smaller round brush instead of that huge round brush dryer that didn’t active the blow out look. Also the hair mousse product that she put on my scalp to get volume, it only makes my scalp looks like I have dry scalp. Hopefully this review will help improve the stylist.

Very friendly, helpful, good chats with staff. I have such a wonderful time when I am at Chatters. I feel at home as soon as I go into the Salon. Lots of product to choose from and staff helpful when asked a question about a certain product. I will continue to go to Chatters for my appointments.
