Kind, knowledgeable and courteous staff
I was greeted by a smiling associate when I walked in the salon. My appointment was for 11:00 and I'm not so sure if that was the time my stylist came and got me, because I was enjoying the ambiance of the salon so I didn't notice the time. My stylist, Samantha, was courteous, knowledgeable and oh so kind. I showed her a picture of a previous haircut I had and she followed it to a tee. She also helped me pick out a conditioner that she suggested I use when I asked, and I wanted a product I previously used and run out of and she helped me find that also. I find the price range is at par with other salons. I am so happy I found Chatters.
