I lost all my length
I came in with medium long hair and requested a butterfly Style, lots of layers and demension but to keep my length. Stylist did not request a picture and seem to understand exactly what I was asking for. They confirmed length when they started and I said yes, it ended up be so much short than that. I left with very short hair and not at all what I was hoping to have. I thought it was one of those trust the process haircuts and I thought I liked it but the more I look at it the more I very much don't. Lesson learned, ALWAYS SHOW A PICTURE
