The stylist was fine but the salon…
The stylist was fine but the salon itself presents as quite dirty. There was other people’s hair all over the floor upstairs in the salon section that I had to walk on. I had to rest my head on the neck area for the sink where other people’s hair was still visible including hair on the neck rest. The salon and associate were nice, but there just seemed to be a lack of cleanliness. This may not bother everyone, and I might be extra sensitive though. The associate was also friendly and able to recommend products and information. The salon itself just presents as quite dirty to me.

I gave the information for the color I wanted. I didn't get what I asked for. I was very disappointed! It cost me 240 to get my hair doen there. I had to go another place to get what I wanted else to get what I asked for. Unacceptable. I firmly believe if a costumer asked for something they should get what they ask for and not what the person doing your hair thinks looks better. I went in with blonde hair with grey they I wanted covered up. I left looking like I skunk. My roots were colored black and the blonde was colored brown
