After signing up to the service, I was unaware there was a failed payment due to some technical difficulties on my end. I received a phone call promptly from one of the gentlemen who set up this business. His customer service was incredibly accommodating and attentive. He had a genuine interest in ensuring my satisfaction of the service and was very professional yet authentic. He really did go above and beyond to make the service extra special. I noticed that the business payment plan is significantly less than other companies, which shows that this company is putting their customers before their pockets, demonstrating a great level of conscientiousness, during a time when there is a genuine financial struggle for the masses. I really do salute you both for setting up this great idea and would recommend this company to anyone who requires a service like this.

I had a query and spoke to Jake. He dealt with the issue quickly. He was amazingly helpful and friendly.

My partner and I get through everyday by hearing each others voices and the prison costs are through the roof , nice u contacted and joined phone savvy we have saved fortunes and had thousands of minutes a month which we always use all
Of and when it’s run out the company jave helped me worked to listen and facilitate us keeping it running through all our pain which is priceless . Once you contact them you receive your number to give to your partner or family friend etc in minutes and straight away you have the reduction and the needed time to be close to your lives one which helps me through everyday and the company always respond instantly by email or phone and are very helpful and supportive in every way . I would highly recommend their service to anyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This service is amazing it kept my children in contact with their dad whilst in prison which helped both my husband and my children, at first had a few issues setting up however Jake helped alot and smoothed out the issues we were facing.
This service is cheap reliable and helps when ya a family on low income with keeping connected without a huge cost like other providers, so more money can be used for credit rather than leaving things tight both in and outside of prison.

Great service cheap reliable and does the job for keeping connected whilst locked up, dont be fooled by other services offering the same as your limited to minutes and can only use so many where this is unlimited.
