Biggest fraud and scam company, do not trust. Will take your money and never give you any tickets. Biggest fraud company known till date.

This is a scam company. They will ask you to transfer the money and you will then lost your money. They will ask you for card details and then you will loss your card details.
I book the tickets with them for 4 people and then ticket issued for 1 person. They dont have any system to do card process. they can only ask for the bank transfer. The give you bank details APS FINANCIAL.
The worst thing is that they reply you back in this website. I reported them to Police already.

Took one lot money said my. Flight so I booked again again told cancellation neaver got my £600 back don’t book scam company I reported to police

I bought flights last year which got cancelled due to covid. A year later still havent received my refund..???!!!!

Even though these guys aren’t a direct booking company, the facilitate illegal companies like Dreamworld Travel. They are a scam company who have stolen millions of dollars off customers. They continue to allow bookings to Dreamworld Travel, just google Dreamworld Travel and you will see the amount of negative reviews as well as the dilution they have done on their google reviews by adding fake 5 star reviews (all with the same poor grammar and naming an employee). BEWARE, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. Book direct with the airline company!

Poorest ‘cheap flight’ deals I have ever seen! Trying to sell me a return airfare LHR - AUS & return.
Cattle class £2500??? No guarantees nothing.

Found much better deals everywhere else.

This company is a rip off, 6 months ago I booked the flight from Las Vegas to Sweden I ended having to cancel my flight due to covid canceling my cruise. I call the airline i used and they told me the tickets i paid for was a much less amount then what I actually paid!!! Your company took me for additional money that I don't know what you did with it!!! Now i rebooking this tickets that I didn't get to use and now have to pay an additional $70!!! ( I was paid $900 now I got flights $670 and they asked me to pay extra $70 that's ridiculous plus bad customer service) Unreal and not fair when i paid your company full ticket price at that time and you said i paid much less for our tickets. Not a great way to do business by ripping your customers off!!!! Never again learned our lesson..... You got to know that I work hard to get this money....I didn't get easily I'm so mad right now

I was very disappointed, I booked a flight for $270 here from best Airfares and when I received the email I even called them to confirm everything. The next day I got an email that it was not available anymore and that they would give me another offer which was triple the price I had gotten. I wont be using this site anymore and Ill make sure to let family and friends know so they can be aware

Last year I booked and paid for 2 R/T tickets to Boston. 24 hours before our flight I tried to do the check-in only to find out the airline did not have our reservations! The money had been taken from my account, confirmation code sent the day I booked the reservation. According to the airline we DID have tickets however, the day after we had bought our tickets someone canceled the reservation and got a refund! I could never get a straight answer from anyone, no one answered the phone and the airline itself was no help either. It's been almost a year and I haven't gotten my money back! I ended up paying full fare ($878.00) and I never got a refund of the original $378 I paid. This site is a TOTAL SCAM!

UPDATE:
Having placed this review - cheapflights have intervened on my longstanding refund request - received the refund (less admin fee!)
Upside is that they did take accountability- just be cautious on the prices that are too cheap.

See stock answer on their involvement:

“All of KAYAK brands, including Cheapflights, are travel search engines, not online booking providers, and we do not sell travel services of any kind.”

What this means is they do not warrant any transaction should you choose to click through and book with one of these ‘providers’.

Do your research and if too good to be true - go direct to airlines… this sales model has proven to be somewhat challenging when you get into difficulty with the suppliers this ‘search engine’ supports.

Another unhappy DREAM WORLD TRAVEL customer!

This company is a rip off, last year we booked 3 tickets, we ended having to cancel our flight due to covid canceling our cruise. This is just a con to take annual subscriptions from your bank! It’s very difficult to cancel, Jack must be working home alone!! because you can never speak to anyone, it’s all automated reply... very dissatisfied

Cheap flights redirects your bookings to dodgy agencies who take your money and don't reply or answer calls when flights get canceled resulting in some customers waiting 9 months and fighting for refunds. Then when you confront cheap flights about there association to these agencies and how they can allow customers to be scammed they throw there hands up in the air and claim its out of their control! If you offer a service there should be some accountability to assist customers with business you recommending or associated with.

If you want to waste money then use this place . Its a complete utter scam

Worst net service in years. Tried to sell me everything but a flight will tell anyone willing to listen

Tried to book a return flight 10 days before travel. The website returned 5 attractive alternatives. When I tried to book none were available at the advertised rates, NONE, some were not available at all, others would have cost twice the advertised rate. It’s a scam to get you to call. When I asked them to email me a flight quotation they agreed to but never sent me anything. These people should be taken down. BE VERY CAREFUL

I booked a flight through your website on 2/06 and the booking was done by GOTOGATE. The flight was cancelled next by Turkish airlines. GOTOGATE refunded my payment after deducting £30. AVOID booking from cheapflghts who seemed to be promoting scam companies like GOTOGATE, tripmonster, mytrip.com!

I didn't end up booking through this agent because I booked the flight direct with the airways, however Daniel was unbelievably helpful during a very tricky time trying to fly back to Australia. Daniel was kind and helpful and called me back every time he had a new price or seat opening. I really appreciated his help. Thanks Daniel
