Worst experience
I booked air ticket through one of your associated travel partners Dream World Travel (DWT) on 04/April. Neither the ticket was issued immediately nor the money is refunded till date. Besides, DWT has a ready made draft which they send as response to all customer queries. They don't give specific and responsible answers. Also, they failed to produce the evidence for their claim that they made a booking with the airline. I am a student and I paid from the small sum of stipend i get. The refund of money matters a lot to me not the vouchers.
I can see cheapflights representative saying cheapflights is not a travel agent and does not sell tickets. Customers are booking with one of your partners because of the trust in you. This does not look to be a responsible way of addressing customer grievances. Hopefully cheapflights would give a specific, responsible answer and take necessary action for this.

This is absolutely not okay
This is absolutely not okay. I booked a flight a few days ago and it was canceled because it says "my credit card was declined". I called my bank and they said they don't see any attempt to charge my credit card for this flight, so I called IcheapFlight customer service and they said they will run my card again. Shortly after I called and they tell me the price has changed and now it's double. It's is NOT OKAY TO WAIT THIS MANY DAYS AND GET CANCELED BECAUSE I CAN'T FIND A REASONABLE PRICE ANYMORE. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT GARANTEED TODAY THAT THE FLIGHT WILL BE BOOKED. I am going to leave this review to public.

Don’t ever book with them they are scammer they told me I would receive my ticket and never happens and tired to call them about and got hung up on or told I have wait to hour and not to go to bank and report it yet . But once I my lawyer call they reverse it right back so please don’t book with these people cause ur never get a ticket they just take ur money and make sure u put an stop on it cause they try to tell you they will refund and it will never happens . After I reported it I tried to call and they heard my voice and hung up cause I told them I can track they VPN and they got scared so again don’t book with these people they give u every excuse

This company is the WORST to buy airfare tickets from!!! I have been having trouble since March! I rescheduled my flight to late June because of COVID-19 and haven’t received a confirmation email or booking dates about anything and it’s June 8th!! I have sent emails and called and still nothing!! You can never get ahold of anyone and they wait last minute for everything. Don’t buy from them, they will waste your time.

Cheap Flights customer service and…
Cheap Flights customer service and refunds are at lowest level. Today when I called for my refund which they are holding since last two months supervisor Roman informed me to contact Airline to release refunds then they will refund me. I told that it is not my responsibility and it is them to do it and refund me on time as per their written confirmation and policy but he decline to do that.
It is very frustrating that they person who is directly dealing with customers asking to contact Airlines for the refunds. It is a BIG SHAME. They took my payment and responsible to refund me on time. It is illegal to hold customer payment and customer dont know about it.

I purchased a flight with ICheap flights and they cancelled it after they tried to charge me multiple times in the amount of over $7,000. I sent an email to the company and they automatically cancelled my tickets. However when I called to check the status of my refund the associate told me it was cancelled. I have 2 emails that say the tickets were cancelled. The first one advises I should have my refund within 11-15 days. This all happen March 3, 2020. I did not receive it by then. The 2nd email advises I will have my refund between March 30th and April 3. I did not receive it by then either. When I called they advised that due to CoVid it would be until April 11th since everything is backed up. I still have not received my refund. I have called and emailed everyone and they just keep telling me to wait and be patient. This entire business is a fraud. They tried to steal money from my account 4 times. I will never use this site again.

I have a flight booked to Japan via…
I have a flight booked to Japan via China. I was emailed with a flight change on my return flight of 13 hours, meaning we need to stay a night in Shanghai, which is not ideal given the virus, and also because I need to get home on the day I booked. I was offered the option of requesting a refund, which I did weeks ago, and have since sent about 15 emails, only to receive 1 of 2 automated replies. I'd like to book to go somewhere else in my time off, but I can't do this without my money returned. I feel as though I have been scammed by Cheap Flights, and have no idea how to get this sorted, short of losing £400. Please get back to me - a real person, not an automated email.

Lots of bogus prices advertised through a company called Flightsbank. The scam is Cheapflights offer a cheap fare through Flightsbank, then you click on the link and head to the Flightsbank web site and low and behold the price isn't available anymore and extra is added to the price. Then you click again and that fare has gone and it's more. A complete and utter waste of time. And no Cheapflights, this isn't a sudden fare change. I'm getting the same scam results a week on.

Beware Beware Beware! I bought tickets to Paris. They have us landing at Heathrow on American at 9:50 (right) changing planes and going to Paris on British Airways at 11:00am. So we are supposed to make it through Heathrow in an hour and10 minutes. they put the ten minutes in there because they know they have to give us that much time or refund our tickets, ALSO knowing that we won't be able to make our connecting flight in that amount of time. Trying to change this has been a complete nightmare. Talking o people in India who don't know what "Charles DeGaulle" means and can't find another flight. Talking to American Airlines people who tell us it would take another $1000 dollars to change our flight. I will NEVER purchase another flight from CheapTickets. They are a scam. You will pay more to stay overnight(plus paying for the AIRBNB you've already paid for) than you would buying a regular ticket. Do not be bamboozled by these scammers.

I made a booking and when I put my D.O.B in the month is the 10th but it automatically altered it to April???
Then I changed it again and after payment was confirmed an email for confirmation was sent with my eticket and guess what..... My D.O.B was changed back to April when I changed it TWICE to OCT and now the company want another £26.00 to change the D.O.B when the ticket cost only £49.00
This company knows its very hard to prove it that they are wrong plus I even know there using a program to randomly alter customers details hopefully I will catch them out in the future n get everyone who's has been conned by them get refunds I wonder how many people have fallen for this scam in all those years this company has been here and most will just pay the extra thinking it was there fault when it wasn't

BEWARE, IT'S A SCAM.
I booked flight using cheap flight few minutes ago and wanted to cancel right away because at the time of the booking there was no mention of charging in USD. There is no way on your site to cancel, i called 1-833-200-3343 no. twice, both times answering machine and i had to leave message.
i called Hahn airline no. 1-800-639-3590 eight times (which was carrier when i selected the flight), busy signal comes with display "user Busy".
i have filled your feedback form online, not sure if anyone checks those?
emailed feedback@cheapflight, but got "address not found" message.
it's not cheap airline, it should be called cheapservice.com.
my ticket says free cancellation within 24 hours and I have tried more than my best to reach out to cancel it's well within 24 hours.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY FLIGHT AND DEMAND FULL REFUND.

got called by a person called Olivia and offered great price for flight to Addis Abeba, and insist on 100 pounds deposit, which i transfer with online banking.. the sad part is these people have an account number and sort code in uk. please avoid all bank online transfer or even entertaining them..

Beware of using this site
Booked a flight through Cheapflights.co.uk, payment was made in good faith but discovered when I got to the airport that the eticket was a fake. Cheapflights deny all responsibility saying they are a free search engine only and are not responsible for the fraud. Bank won't refund the money because of various reasons one of which is that an eticket was issued even though it was a fake eticket.
