I received an excellent service from CPH, right from speaking to the ladies in the office, and arranging a plumber to attend ASAP. The plumber Russell did a great job polite, efficient and tidy. I have used CPH in the past I would highly recommend this company. Great service from beginning to end.

Customer care and service is at the heart of CPH. We recently had a new boiler, unvented cylinder and new fuse board installed. We cannot fault the quality of the work or any of the staff we came into contact with. Martyn, the boss, went above and beyond to help us and ensure a stress free experience. The engineers, electrician and the office staff are a cheerful, helpful and very professional group of people. We highly recommend this company and will continue to use them as they have provided us with an outstanding service. Thank you to everyone at CPH. We really are very happy customers!

Today I had a burst external water pipe which I couldn't isolate so had to turn off all water to property at street mains supply. Called Chelmsford Plumbing and Heating Ltd needing urgent help. My call was answered straight away and the guy I spoke with was very polite and helpful. Within an hour a friendly engineer called Rich arrived at my house to fix the problem. The work carried out was of high quality and completed in an hour. All old bits of pipe and debris were taken away leaving things very tidy. I was only charged the advertised hourly rate plus £15 for an additional part I'd asked for. No hidden charges or unexpected nasties. Rich was extremely professional and couldn't have been more helpful. I'd highly recommend CP&H's plumbing services to anyone. Well done!

Brilliant idea to have a Summer check of the heating system. Simon was professional as always. He checked everything and was able to reassure us on a couple of things we were worried about. I would certainly recommend this service, especially as it is so reasonably priced. Well done CMP,as always.

This company are fantastic . They rearranged appointments to help my elderly mum with a heating issue. They arrived within an hour of me making a call . The problem was resolved by a very kind engineer who was reassuring and caring .

Called CPH on the Tuesday and they sent engineer on the next day as promised. Big shout out to Russell who delivered excellent customer service. Fixed the issue in no time and even replaced leaky tap which I had purchased and not informed CPH about! I would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended to friends for plumbing issues.

Very good service at very resonable prices. Always a nice friendly reminder that the boiler is due for a service. Would always go to them first.

Mixer tap was installed with minimal fuss and price was as expected

We needed a gas fire service and googled local gas engineer services. We could organise the appointment at a convenient time and were kept up to date regarding the appointment. The engineer was friendly, professional and helpful and was all done in about 45 minutes. The gas fire looked as good as new with no mess left behind. I would definitely recommend and will be using this company again.

Super efficient engineer Simon serviced my boiler with no fuss at all. Lovely guy too. 10 out 10 from me.

The plumbers were quick at fitting an outside tap for me and clearing up afterwards and the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this company.

Steve, who has been working in my house today, certainly lived up to the reputation I had heard from one of his colleagues!! Utterly mendacious. Installed a new toilet, they broke the cistern while installing it, then glued it together and screwed it to the wall, hoping I wouldn’t notice. I paid £750 for this. Thankfully they came out and replaced it, but stil…

Had an emergency, water pouring through kitchen ceiling, we rang CPH and a couple of hours later Rich arrived, diagnosed the problem and fixed within an hour. Efficient and friendly service from start to finish..thankyou

Recently had my boiler replaced, the process went so smoothly, the engineer was so helpful, even updating the timing on my controller that I was struggling to do. Could not recommend more.
