Recently had my boiler replaced, the process went so smoothly, the engineer was so helpful, even updating the timing on my controller that I was struggling to do. Could not recommend more.

This is the 3rd time we have used CPH. Russell replaced a kitchen tap and also fitted a new boiler pump and valve. He was very polite, hard working and efficient even though the job took twice as long as anticipated. CPH's labour charges were very reasonable considering the extra work involved. Excellent service. I was impressed at every stage of the process when dealing with this firm. We needed some corrective plumbing to sort out a badly installed toilet that was originally installed by a previous owner of our house. Everyone we spoke to was pleasant and the problem was soon rectified by the plumber who came and did the job along with being very neat and tidy. We have used CP&H for a couple of years now to service our old, oil combi-boiler and they have always been very good; professional and reliable. Recently we had to upgrade our entire heating system to a new boiler and cylinder and we got CP&H to do the work for us. To say we are impressed is an understatement. They were incredibly professional and thorough as well as really careful with how the work was carried out. Always polite, always tidying up after themselves and thinking about potential future uses for our new heating system should we need to make changes in the future (and installing the required add-ons now as a safe-guard). We would strongly recommend these guys and we will continue to be a customer of theirs for many years to come.

This was the first time we used Chelmsford Plumbing and Heating. Russell was so helpful. He had to come back to carry out additional work. He came back when he promised, explained what needed to be done and was very professional throughout. Would definitely use them again.

Chelmsford Plumbing & Heating were recommended by friends. Martin came to see us and discuss the replacement of our boiler, which had been in place for 30+ years. He was detailed, clearly knew his stuff, and very honest. He came a second time when we asked just before the start, no issue, no problem and again really thorough, patient and answered all our concerns. The team turned up on time, Lewis, was the lead, both were calm, and left us feeling relaxed about the job. We moved out to make it easier but popped back when we needed stuff and always found a relaxed team. Despite us not being in the house when we occasionally returned it had been left tidy and clean, each day. Lewis and his colleague took care of our home. On the Friday we arrived back around 3pm and Lewis took us through the job, spending time, patiently setting up thermostats and making sure we understood. Really great job, very professional, we would highly recommend them.
