As I have used this company over many years 15 plus from when its was a couple of fitters to the size they are today nothing has changed as you still get that personal feeling that gives you a feeling of great workmanship and professional individual's I would recommend any of my closet to use them and take a look at what they offer now.

The initial sales contact was excellent, we had gone to a number of suppliers, none could do what we wanted. Chigwell were exceedingly accomodating. As the installation took place we had a number of minor issues. Chigwell rose to the occasion, they went the extra mile to get get everything fixed. There was never a quibble, they were so easy to deal with and everythign was completed to an excellent level.

Used this company before and were so pleased we did not hesitate to use them again. Fitter was excellent, friendly and made sure we were happy with the result. Cleared everything away at the end of the job.

Had new bifold doors fitted, they are beautiful. Amazing service from start to finish from the installers and head office team. Thank you 🤩⭐️

Chigwell group are a rogue outfit. They completed work at my home. The work would usually take a week; they took 2 months. And the job is still not complete. I've given up on them and refuse to waste another moment of my time being home for no one to show up.

To make matters worse, they dump all sorts of rubbish in your back garden and at your front door. This has been reported to them over and over. They say they will collect it all for me to call back the following week to be told it's not their rubbish. The supervisor ignores my communication. Admittedly, I was very blunt with him, but I've lost my patience after all this time. What they've done is not acceptable.

The supervisor is called Jake. You have been named and shamed. Chigwell Group is not to be trusted! I would post the pics if this site allowed it.

Rubbish was collected after leaving my review, which is fair enough. I prefer it was never left and not ignored when asked several times to remove it.

Very pleased with my experience! Communication was quick and clear with the office, showroom staff were very helpful, Alan & Aaron who installed my lovely new sliding glass door were on time, efficient, clean and always with a smile. Thank you!!

We purchased a new door for our factory in Loughton, paying over £3000. The door was installed incorrectly several times, we have lost count how many times it has needed to be fixed. Every time a technician comes, they fix the problem and then create a new problem with it. The door still doesn't function. When you call the office, they tell you somebody will call you back but never do. The staff members answering the phones do not care, are rude, and just want to put the down on you. I would really recommend staying away from this company.

Have had a very positive experience with the Chigwell Window Centre (Loughton branch) - very recently had patio doors replaced, the two chaps who did the installation were extremely hard working and just got on with the job - I decided just to have some silicone touched up after and Molly was fantastic and efficient in arranging a return visit to have this carried out - I was never pushed for the balance payment until this was done - can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic from start to finish. Good communication throughout the whole process. Installation went smoothly the guys were polite and respectful of our property and worked extremely hard. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.

We are so pleased with our new bathroom windows with blinds. They are excellent quality and I really would recommend Chigwell window centre to anyone in the market for new windows. Not too pushy and the installation team were brilliant.

This is the second lot of windows they have replaced for me and once again very happy with the result.Ordered through Gary in the Loughton showroom and fitted by Harry and Ranbir ,all ran very smoothly with no problems.

I was slightly dreading having this work done but Chigwell Windows made it very easy and fuss free. Good communication throughout. Sensible, competitive pricing that was agreed in advance and didn't change. We arranged two days for installation but the team came in and did it all in one day. Our new windows are really lovely and we're very happy with them.

From the initial enquiry we could not have then been any happier with the product, service & aftercare. We would 100% recommend Chigwell Windows .

So, I'm happy enough with my doors, although I did get locked *in* my house this morning when the stable door back door refused to open 🙄 But, I got it sorted.

Aaron, the salesperson, was perhaps the least pushy, most professional salesperson I've dealt with in this type of transaction. When initially I decided to go with another company, Aaron wished me well, remained professional and courteous and just pointed out things to be aware of. And when they let me down, and I reached out to him, Aaron got the order placed immediately and my doors were installed 3 weeks-ish later.

The surveyor had great attention to detail and answered my questions patiently. He checked details, clarified things and made helpful suggestions

The fitters, Harry and his trainee (it seemed like) were great. They were professional, polite, on time, friendly and personable, and took care of my property and made sure I was satisfied with the job. They worked solidly for 6 hours on 2 doors from the moment they arrived.

Unfortunately I didn't spot 2 places where a wall had been slightly damaged, and where the repair work wasn't quite up to scratch until they'd left, so I emailed in with pictures. I won't name names but one (clearly young) receptionist took exception to the mention of a review being left at the end of the process. I could see, not just hear, her back going up 😂 There was no point in getting so defensive as the repair hadn't been completed yet. That's now happened less than an hour ago, by Harry and trainee, and George, a supervisor, has already been round to check the repair and that I'm happy. Which I am. But 3* only to the CS team, as that's not a professional response to a customer with a valid gripe. There's better dialogue to use, and a better tone of voice and manner. Be conciliatory, be professional, not unnecessarily defensive. They could do with some client telephony training, as well as having some training in SPAG - spelling, punctuation and grammar - to make the company look more professional.

Overall, this has been a 4* experience. I've already recommended this company to a neighbour and another future customer.
