From our showroom experience through to fitting our Crittall staple doors we have overly impressed with the quality of work, customer care and quality of the Chigwell Window Centre staff. I would strongly recommend anyone using this business as they go above and beyond to make the customer experience as seamless as possible.

Effecient, knowledgable company.
They visited our home & reccomended the most suitable replacement windows, a quotation was received promptly, they then sent their engineer to measure up precicely, & installed on schedule.
The installers were polite & tidy & worked hard.
We are throughly delighted with the the product & service.

Wow what can I say. From the beginning to the finishing of the job. After going to several window installers they did not understand what I was looking for. Went to the Chigwell windows in there Loughton showroom and met Gary in the showroom explained him what I was looking for. Immediately he understood what I wanted and paid the deposit. Arranged for the surveyor to view the site. Finally a date was set and the fitters arrived very prompt. Onkar and Manna the fitters take there pride in doing the work. From the start of the job to the final finishing very clean and tidy. Well done Onkar and Manna.

Within 3 weeks of visiting their Brentwood showroom the 3 aluminium windows we ordered were installed by a friendly team to a high standard. The slim style and finish is excellent and we are very pleased with the result.

From start to finish Chigwell Windows did a great job. From the initial visit to quote, the surveyor and the fitters everyone was professional, punctual and polite. We had four windows and a patio door replaced and the team of three fitters worked tirelessly all day to complete it. They were exceptionally clean and protected the flooring and furniture in every room they needed to go in, and the quality of work was excellent with additional care taken not to damage any existing decoration, pebble dashing, etc. would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.

Excellent service. I was originally quoted by Anglian £26,000 for 10 windows and 2 doors - extortionate prices , so I looked around and got cheaper quotes. I asked Chigwell if they could go cheaper than my cheapest quote and they did. The 3 man installer team were absolutely brilliant and worked blinking hard for two full days without even stopping for a drink. I have had a few neighbours come over to say that they love the new windows and they are going to contact Chigwell for a quote for replacing their windows. Brilliant service, brilliant team, absolutely over the moon. I Highly recommend using this company.

Chigwell Windows picked up and honoured our order following the liquidation of the company from which we had originally ordered. We hugely appreciated this and they made sure they turned around the now delayed order and installation quickly and efficiently which met other project timings.

Faulty locks for my composite door a small problem for a growing company however they attended the next day after 1 simple phone call with a work-round was in place while the new lock was on order (days before Christmas).
Kudos to “Megan Sheppard” who handled my issue with great customer service, regular updates and always responded instantly. The engineers graham/ben onsite get the job done and are good hardworking guys. Great after sales service and highly recommended!

Had issue with door . On Friday
Ben from Chigwell widows fixed back door it was a temporary fix so my daughter who has two children could lock it but explained it the whole lock mechanism needed changing he said he would come out Monday to fix it so properly
He arrived within the time he said was professional and explained everything throughout

Excellent company. We had all our windows replaced by Chigwell Windows and we're so pleased with their work that we just had our front door done as well. The surveyor was very friendly and careful and both crews of fitters were excellent showing attention to detail and checked that we were happy with their work.

Top service from Chigwell windows. Everything ran on schedule, we had no issues whatsoever and the doors were really good value - much cheaper than any others we considered. Would recommend.

Chigwell Windows fitted a very large patio doors at my home in 2016. Two weeks ago, the patio door glass broke. I phoned their office and they still had the window measurements. As a double check, they came and checked the window and measurements. Today the Jagjit and his 2 fitters came. They were very respectful, courteous and helpful. they moved all the furniture that I was worried about, covered everything and removed the glass safely. They did not let any broken glass go outside their covered area. Very professional with removing and replacing the glass. Highly recommended.

Had a new front door installed, very pleased with it, slight delay but that was communicated well. They aren't the cheapest but the quality of product is excellent

Great experience for us from start to finish. We had a roof lantern installed on the flat roof of our extension. Fitters removed and disposed of the damaged window and installed the new lantern within a day. They were very clean and polite and tidied up the work area fully after.

I've used a number of window companies for various installs on our home. Chigwell have been the best by far. Couldn't ask for more. Very happy with them.

If you have a home visit from this company and you’re a single woman, make sure you have adult present in your home as they have discriminated against me because I made a request for reasonable adjustments under the Equality Act 2010 which they refused to accept while also putting in terms that I should be removed from our home for them to carry out repairs.
They also provided a false and inaccurate statement to the county court despite video evidence proving the member of staff lied in his statement.
Being subjected to discrimination and prejudice with no apology, accountability and integrity despite reporting this to the police shows what women’s safety means to this company and their values when it comes to equality, diversity and inclusion.

We have just had all our windows and doors fitted in Basildon and the 3 fitters were absolutely fantastic. They showed us everything they was doing and cleaned all the rooms once they were done. They deserve 10 star rating. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Doors and windows look fantastic, thank you.
