Had a new front door fitted this week by Chigwell and I have to say from the point of speaking to them on the phone to the installation was super, very clear very professional and a pleasure to work with. Onka the man who fitted the door was a joy to watch work a true tradesman who left no stone unturned. Just gave them the order to do all my windows and Bi Folds now as well.

wow, don't even know where to start.
sent my high level specification for 12 frames.
received a "one line reply" with the total price.
asked twice for a detailed quote comprising details of the hardware, profile, glass etc. to understand what I would be buying.
received general brochures by email, twice.
wow - no words to describe the experience.

Disorganised, contradicting information and poor installation service.

We went for door installation as well as replacing all of our windows with Chigwell. A lot of chasing and a lot of mistakes happened on their part which we had to chase to rectify. We ended up with a poor front door installation as well as two windows without proper fittings around them where they are not even water proof.

After chasing on top of chasing them we've decided to give up and find another company to correct their mistakes.

Not worth the money or the stress.

Covid hit and left us in abit of turmoil. We contacted Chigwell Windows with an urgent request. There sales staff were impeccable and more than happy to accommodate. Two weeks later we had the windows installed and our builders could continue our house project. We were over the moon. Thanks again Chigwell

Cant fault them, purchased for our son early last year. Got a good deal and the tradesmen were polite and tidy.

My husband is a builder and after searching to the end of the earth for the right bifolds we found exactly what we were looking for with Chigwell. The bifolds in general were slightly different to the norm but they work perfect on our house. It’s worth checking them out, they have a large range with a variety of colours to choose from!

Ordered Bi-Fold doors from this company - paid in advance as agreed, and delivery was not in accordance with the instruction manual. Raised a complaint, and all calls were snubbed.
Also took a month to deliver, despite advertising 6 day turnaround.
After sales service non-existent. Avoid.

We recently purchased a 3 pane bi-fold door - which was delivered incomplete,without instruction booklet, damage to one hinge, and fault on the roller hinge bracket. Upon their request sent them photos and followed with a phone call. The calls were snubbed at least ten times, and when i finally got through i spoke to Vince, who assured me that they would call back, and haven't done so.Their after sales service is non-existent, and do not rectify their error. Avoid.

We have recently installed a variety of aluminium windows and a bi-fold door. We were very pleased with the product and the service we received from Cliff both in planning, installation and aftercare. We will be using them for our next project without hesitation - thank you to the team.
