Whilst the whole process of ordering to installation took longer than expected, it is safe to say that good things are worth waiting for.

We are really delighted with the doors. They look great, are solid and reassuringly heavy (if that makes sense) and the 3-panel layout suits the proportions perfectly, as advised against our initial idea of 4 panels. The client isn't always right! We love the internal blinds: they are such a neat idea and give us the privacy we need in an urban setting. The guys did a great and efficient job in installing them, so all in all we are very happy with our new bifolds and are very happy to recommend Chigwell.

From start to finish they were professional and helpful. We had a small problem with one door that was fitted which they came and fixed straight away. We love our new bay doors, they finish off our kitchen beautifully. I would recommend highly to anyone.

Ordering was easy and quick made, but delivery was shocking. My self can't stay at home and wait for delivery ,they said will be delivered 8am to 4pm and 1h before coming driver will call me. 7:30am delivery buzzed in my Ringo and he said will be need help . It's good that I was asked my son to work from home, he was still in bed that time. After my son called me and said he have get all glass panels him self inside in garden only frame driver help get in. That was bifold door 3000x2100 . If for delivery will be waiting my wife ? Who will be get everything out from van? How they delivering like this size only one person? This was unbelievable .

I wanted 5 upvc bifold doors removed and replaced with 2large sliding aluminium doors. Not straightforward swap as the track is deeper therefore had to be cut in all round .I went to 2other companies that wanted to make a meal of it , saying I would need a builder to cut then board up until they could come and fit doors.
Chigwell windows sent 4 fitters at 8am and the job was complete by 4.30pm.
They were professional throughout, they hung dust sheets to try to keep mess indoors to a minimum and even hoovered the garden after

CWC built and fitted an aluminim bi-fold, aluminium window and 2x UPVC windows for our residential property. The aluminium window and door look amazing. The service from start to finish was incredible - even when a fitter fell ill they went out of their way to fit on the agreed day. And when there were finishing touches we asked to be done after the main fitters had left they scheduled return visits without blinking. We are really pleased with the finished article.

Absolutely loved the product. Customer service is on point. Had a bifold door installed 3 years ago . They give 10 year warranty on their doors . Lock on traffic door was tight . I called them and within 24 hours service engineer was at my home . He checked the problem and i got to know that they have to change the whole lock. He changed it free of charge. Also assured me any problems in next seven years will be solved ant no extra cost . Loved the experience. Loved their service.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

Came out to fix a seal on a door to summer house and charged me £350 call out fee, as I didn't want to use the builder who had originally fitted it incorrectly.

Fixed the seal, but 4 months later it was hanging off again. When I contacted them to ask them to come out and fix it they said no, it's been too long!! So, basically don't expect any of their products to last more than a few months and don't expect anyone to care unless you are prepared to continually hand out money to them!

Great experience until after sales support required. Ordering and delivery went smoothly and the order delivered on time. However, a small part (a trickle vent) of the order was missing but as I missed the 48hr window to check they will not send this part without charging for it.

Incredibly frustrating way to sour what was an otherwise very good experience.

This company is a wast of space, sent door sizes over for a quote never heard anything back from them, call up 4 time but still nothing don't bother with them.

Avoid Chigwell Windows at Collier Row. We ordered a porch in January this year, we paid a deposit of thousands. It’s been delay and excuses constantly. At last 9-months later the build was meant to commence next Wednesday. Today I have received an email to say sorry and they don’t want to disappoint, but they won’t be doing our job, starting next week or ever.

We had already done preparation work for the build starting, we have dug-up our front flower bed, arranged for the front to be re-done by a builder, we have bought stuff to go in it.

It’s been 9-months of constant chasing, delays on their part, and confusion.

Costs have gone up a lot since our order in January, probably why they’ve ditched us. They said they’d already made our new front door and Windows - so where are they?!?

I have never been so disappointed with a company. I chose them because they were local and supported community events. I can’t believe they’ve done this to us. I am genuinely angry.

Useless company, we had multiple builds with them in the past and they couldn't get one of the right, made us wait for months to resolve the issues causing us cash flow problems. Staff are rude on the phone as is Dean Floyd the owner! His ''Right first time policy'' is a joke as is the company he runs. We then found out he has the audacity to give us a 1 star review on google, what an idiot!
