Daniel did a great job renewing my car insurance for me today

Extremely shocking experience dealing with Renewals. On the call, I was a bit panicked because my insurance had expired but rather than being patient, the rep was rude, snappy and condescending. The final nail in the coffin came then when he proceeded to slag me off, calling me a derogatory name to a work colleague thinking he was muted whilst he took my money. I have reported the experience to management but to say I was shocked by this encounter would be an understatement, which thankfully was all caught on the recording of the call. I would seriously question this person's professional ability in communicating with customers in such a reputable insurance company due to his inferior customer service and interpersonal skills, low standards, and his general conduct and attitude. I would suggest this person needs to go back to basics with an introduction to customer service training again. All dealings with Chill were very professional and efficient other than this.

Nothing seriously wrong except for waiting times... spending 30 minutes waiting for someone to pick up, every time I need to call. That's a lot of wasted time. They need to hire more people to answer phones or improve the range of things that can be done online. Once you get to them, the reps are very nice and generally helpful but I have spent so many hours waiting... that's cost me more than any savings on policies.

Waiting on phone for one hour so far with no indication how long to get an answer- all I want to do is transfer insurance to a loan car while mine in garage so sitting in garage waiting for the phone to answer. This is NOT customer service

From the moment the call was answered, he provided exceptional care and concern for my request for a quote to provide comprehensive coverage for a recently purchased vehicle. As my wife and I are new to Ireland, the process was entirely new to us. Shreekar was patient and provided exactly what was asked for as well as scheduling a follow up for us to make a decision. While we could have gone direct with an insurance provider, his professionalism won our business. Will continue to work with Chill solely due to Shreekar.

This would have been a 1-star review concerning the impersonal customer onboarding process and continuous emails about uploading documents which were already provided, then more emails you can't reply to, culminating in asking if the car reg no. which is mentioned on the no claims bonus has been sold and wanting documents to be uploaded that show that I'm no longer in possession of it? Impersonal, convoluted and hugely tedious to deal with. However, today I got a call from Jake who was courteous, helpful and professional. Please, decision-makers at Chill, involve people like Jake immediately after you take our money to make relevant document transfer as painless as possible for us customers. Thanks Jake!!
