Wont bother to try Chill Ins again
This is my second time trying Chill Insurance since Jan (different vehicle). Both times I tried to get quote online and it only takes one question to stall you where you cant proceed and you end up having to phone anyway. Neither member of staff apologized for this inconvenience and proceeded to be quite abrupt, yes no answers only!! Came back quickly with a quote in fairness. But when I said I genuinely had one better quote than they gave me.. was sound, good luck. Thought their job was to find you the best quote, not so in either of my experiences. I wont use them again and I wouldnt recommend Chill Insurance, sorry guys.

Orla with the home insurance team was fantastic. I phoned earlier in the day and was told by someone else on the team that I would need to wait 10 days for a document. I phoned back later in the day because the bank were pushing me and they need the document as soon as possible. Orla was able to generate the document herself and was a great help. Thanks so much.

I got a quote for house insurance and never had such stress
I got a quote for house insurance and went ahead, then a company called Close Brothers became involved. I have never had such difficulty with a company as with this one; documents were sent by post,not received!!! every time docs were sent on line there was a problem and had to be resent. Then when Chill said everything was in order I get another email from Close looking for more. If I had realised how much stress this would cause I would never have dealt with this company and their associates. I will be going back direct to an insurance company next year.
