I would give 0 stars if an option. They took my money and never sent my item. They basically stole from me. I have contacted them several times with no help! Do NOT buy from this company!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered an item beginning of August and still have yet to receive it (it's not October). I've reached out 15 (yes, 15) times to their 'customer support' requesting a status update and/or refund. I was told my concern has been raised but nothing was being done in sending a new item or providing a refund. This site is SCAM!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK NOR WILL YOU RECEIVE THE ITEM!!!

Total dissapointment

Hi, I ordered Madonna Summer sandals on the 2nd of August and I am still waiting. They responded to my first query as to where the parcel is, it was apparently lost and they sent another one because I am such a valued customer, did not receive a new tracking nr, can't even track the parcel anymore. I will never ever support you again!
You stole my money!

Complete scam!!!

Ordered sunglasses over 6 weeks ago and have never arrived.

Have written plenty of emails with no reply as to when they will arrive.

All reviews in adverts must be completely made up.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

This place is a legit scam

This place is a legit scam. I ordered sunglasses over a month ago and still can't get them to give me tracking information that works. When they do reply to emails (which isn't often) its more BS dragging me along. At this point I am assuming its $30 wasted and I'll never see the sunglasses.

Cheap Chinese knock off dress- stay away

Do not buy..... big fat -10 for a review if I could! Ordered the Laurette dress, took 7 weeks to arrive and the quality is not what is pictured in the photos/video on their Facebook page. The dress on the page is more cotton looking and what I got was a cheap Chinese knock off made of Lycra/polyester, dodgy seams and no pockets! If I could post a photo I would! You can’t even leave a review on the FB page (pretty sure they delete reviews that paint them in a bad light) and they hide some of their pages as I can’t see them anymore (to make a nasty review of course! Just avoid this site.....

I ordered a jacket some time ago

I ordered a jacket some time ago. I did not receive it and now have moved from the previous address that it was supposed to be sent to, waiting far too long for it to come to that address. I emailed them, hoping to get a response, but as of yet, no luck. I would either like to get my order sent to my different address or get my money back, please. My email is shelbimoss98620 with @gmail.com at the end. Like I said, I have emailed them. If I spend $50-60 on this one item, of course I want it. Please email me so I can get this all figured out.

the tracking number states not valid…

the tracking number states not valid and not found. I have been waiting longer than I should be and still no shoes and no way to track them. i am contact with the credit card company and in process of fraud claim. If I could do no stars I would. There is no way to get ahold of anyone either. I am not happy

Horrible quality

Took longer to arrive then stated when purchased and quality of clothes terrible. Unable to wear or even give away, tossed in the garbage. Worst online purchase ever made.

Do NOT order from this company! Ordered a jacket near the end of June. It arrived a couple of weeks later and it was horrendous quality! Cheap, horrible, shiny polyester fabric. Contacted immediately to say it was awful for the amount of money spent on it. No reply. Opened a PayPal claim and again no reply. They finally responded at the last minute asking me to send it back... to the United Arab Emirates costing me £13.50! Item was sent to me from a UK postcode and P&P was only £3.60. Horrendous customer service, cheap, tacky clothing and a shockingly expensive and long return policy. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company!

**UPDATE**
Tried to claim my money back through PayPal and they asked that I send it back to Choco and Cream. Turns out they use half a Chinese address and the other half of the address is made up of United Arab Emirates details so if you send it back they’ll never receive it! Therefore you are missing your item AND your money. Complete SCAM. Oh and although they replied to me on here, they never replied to the email that they asked me to send! Complete fraudsters.

Frauds! Dont buy from them!

I ordered a Ava Jumpsuit mid February. Mid March I got a tracking no and was advised I use 17Track. Shipment took 2 months not the 6 weeks their policy refers, to reach SA. My shipment was “in transit” for another 2 months. After a lot of queries, client support told me to be patient and to phone my local Post Office, upon several phone calls the JHB HUB notifies me that my parcel can’t be delivered due to an unclear delivery address on the parcel that they cant verify because it can’t be read clearly. I have sent numerous emails to the support team but no response. Frauds you are. Shame on you.

Your request has been raised to the management and as we have investigated that the parcel was indeed lost during transit, on such cases, the company itself doesn't have any control once it is shipped. We are also depending on the tracking number sent to us by the courier. However, we have contacted the shipping company and they have confirmed that the parcel was lost. Shipping time-frame going to South Africa is indeed quite long and we cannot tell as early as possible via tracking that the package is missing or returned to us that's why we are also requesting customers to contact local courier to speed up the process.

We are catering every issue with professionally with care and we apologize again for the delay.

If I could give a zero

UPDATE: In response to C&C's reply, I'm not really interested in knowing what happened with my order, I just know it didnt come, the tracking # is not valid, and I would like a refund.

If I could give a zero, i would. I waited 4 weeks, tracking was updated to say it was delivered to my local USPS. I never received the package and i was home all day. I emailed their Cust Serv and they said i have to file a claim. The tracking # provided is not valid for DHL Ecommerce or USPS. They will not provide a replacement or refund without filing a claim. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. the reviews are accurate.

I ordered a dress from this website…

I ordered a dress from this website over a month ago and it never came in so I emailed them asking for a tracking number or a refund and they told me my package had been lost in transit. So they gave me a discount code instead of giving me my money back. I ordered the dress a SECOND time (I know, stupid me) and still did not receive a tracking number and still have not received it. They say they’ll give you a refund, but they do not. They say they are working to get it figured out, but they are not. This is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I have reviewed your account and yes the dress was Lost in Transit which is already out of company's control when handed over to the courier. We have immediately offered you a voucher to compensate the loss of the product but unfortunately the dress that you have ordered originally was selling like pancakes so it took us an ample amount of time to get it back on stock.

Upon reaching out through email, I have reviewed that you were issued a refund yesterday. It should be real-time most especially if payment was made via paypal.
Please allow 5 to 10 working days for it to reflect since it depends upon your bank.
