TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE! CON ARTISTS!
Ordered a dress from them and I’m honestly so shocked at how awful the dress is, it’s like one of those princess dresses that small children wear - terrible tacky fabric and NOTHING like the picture in any way.
The real kicker was that they said that because the mail is so slow that i won’t be able to return it in time in order to get a refund!

None of the email addresses for this…

None of the email addresses for this company work. I tried 3 different email addresses for this company after being provided with a tracking number that was not accurate for any carrier and not receiving my order after waiting over 12 business days. All emails bounced back. I did finally get the dress I ordered, 19 calendar days after I received the email from ChocoandCream saying that it shipped. It is cute and I authorized PayPal to release payment for it. It is still concerning hat the 3 email addresses I tried for this company, including the one provided in the response herein bounced back to me as undeliverable.

Not what I ordered, no way to get a refund. Do not buy from this site!

I ordered a white or cream dress with a full skirt. (La Jeune Floral Summer Dress.) I received an apricot-pink dress with a much less full skirt.

The parcel was posted from Middlesex, UK. But returns have to be sent to China.

In order to mail this to China for a return in time to get a refund, I would have spent more on postage than the dress cost, as they have recently changed their returns policy from 30 days to 15 days. This is even assuming they would give a refund, as they say that refunds are given at their discretion. I suspect what they want to happen is for people to send the items back, so refund claims can be rejected, and then the company has both your money and the item. (This is only speculation.) Due to the cost of postage, I did not return the dress, and it is now past the return date.

I now have an apricot-pink dress that is totally unsuitable for the event I bought it for, that I paid £29.18 for. I am a full-time carer and that is a LOT of money to me. This was the one dress I budgeted for this summer.

The clothes look beautiful in the ads, but they are not even the same colour in real life, much less the same garment.

I have bought clothes many, many times from Chinese retailers (including when I lived in China!) and have never been less than satisfied with my purchases. However, I will never EVER buy from Choco & Cream again.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a romper for my wedding and received a tracking number that doesn't work. I've emailed them about 4 times with no response. I'm expecting my outfit to not show up. If it does, it will probably be some cheaply made, piece of plastic they say is what I ordered. Do not order from them!!!! SCAM

***UPDATE***
My outfit came and was so cheaply made. I cant believe i spent $30 on some chunk of spandex, see through piece of crap! It went in the trash 10 minutes after it arrived. Save your money, shop on Amazon. Way better clothing and for cheaper!!!

Scam! Clothes r not as pictured

I bought a romper from here. They said it would take 2 weeks but it took almost a month. The item arrived looking nothing like the picture. It is a crappy shiny thin material. Even the pattern looked cheap and off. Almost like they took the picture on their website from somewhere else and sent their knocked off version. The worse part is it arrived with a hole in it! The company refused to send me a shipping label. They said they would only refund me if i paid to send the damaged item back to china! That will probably cost more than the romper!! Why should i have to pay to ship their damaged item! It’s already inconvenient enough that i have to go return it! They r a scam! Do NOT SHOP HERE!!

I would give this website zero stars if…

I would give this website zero stars if I could. I ordered a dress for my friends bridal shower on May 22nd, I realized that I might not get it in time but took the chance. I figured I'd wear it when my boyfriend and I go to AC for our anniversary in July. Two days ago I Facebook messaged the page and asked for a status update. I was told they had to consult the processing department and they would get back to me. Twenty four hours later I asked for another update and got the same story. Last night tried to ask for another update to find out the Facebook page blocked me.

This site is a scam and now I have to go through the dispute process with my bank to get my $37 back for a dress I paid for but never received.

Thanks for wasting my time and my money. I'm telling everyone to never order anything from you in every beauty group I'm a member of.

Should of read all similar reviews that have the same story as mine. DON’T EVER ORDER from them!!!!!! Ordered a romper from them on 5/23 and got a tracking number that doesn’t work. It’s been way more then the 12-14 working business days they promised. When I emailed them I never got a response SMH

Nevet got my item OR a response from them

They gave me a tracking number that never worked. I tried it every day for over 3 weeks and it wasn't working. I waited until well beyond my item was supposed to arrive before I emailed them the first time. There was no response. I have now emailed them THREE times and still have received no response. I even generously waited three days between emails, and I see them promising everyone else a 24-48 hour response. I still have no product, no tracking number, and no response. I'll be calling my credit card company and disputing the charge as fraud, because that's what it is when you take someone's money, don't give them a product, and then refuse to speak to them: fraud.

Item never showed- No Communication

Item never showed- Ordered an item on 5/17/19 and was then sent shipment verification with a tracking number but the item never showed and tracking does not work. I've e-mailed three times and no one has gotten back to me as to what is going on. Now going to dispute the charge. Don't order through them!

I would give it less than 1 star if it were possible. I ordered a romper on 5/17 and it still hasn’t arrived. I wanted it for my graduation on 6/17 which is why I gave it ample time to get here, but the odds are not looking to be in my favor. I also paid for trackable shipping and the tracking number doesn’t work. These problems could all be solved by an email to customer support; however, they haven’t responded and I emailed them 5 days ago about the tracking number. I would not recommend buying something from this company and I regret not looking at reviews before I made a $40 purchase.
