I feel like a fool for not reading…
I feel like a fool for not reading reviews before ordering. Those cute maxi dresses kept popping up on Facebook and I finally decided to order. Came out of my account immediately but no order confirmation, no tracking or shipping email. I think it’s been about 8 weeks. I guess lesson learned and $40 down the drain. Shame on me!

Luckily I paid for my two purchases using PayPal and provided sufficient information for them to investigate this fraudulent vendor. The vendor didn’t respond to PayPal either so PayPal ruled in my favor and I got my money back!

A very expensive dishcloth
A photo of a really lovely dress kept appearing on Facebook, I went on the website, looked at the reviews which were all excellent and ordered the dress.
Finally after 5 weeks the dress arrived and it was a bit of a surprise to see what looked like an old nylon dishcloth that was badly sewn. I’ve requested a refund. If that doesn’t appear i’ll Contact my bank as this is clearly a scam, charging over £30 for an item that’s completely worthless! I look forward to your comments.

Ugh....horrible company!
Ugh, i wish i knew this company was a total scam before i ordered. I should have known when i tried reaching out to customer service literally 3 min after my order to let them know that I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed them 3 times in 15 minutes and they did not reply until 5 days later telling me it was too late to replace the size since the order had already been shipped. My order finally arrived more than 20 days later and of course its the wrong size so now i am expected to pay for shipping back to China in order to get a refund. I really do not know what to do since most of what i am reading says i will not get my refund. Ugh....NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

Horrible quality!!! DO NOT shop here! And the customer service is not helpful at all. Their communication is horrendous. Well keep the money you scammers ... hopefully people we stop ordering and you will have to change to something else. I sent 3 emails to their support exchange and received zero response. My item never arrived and the tracking number they sent went to nothing. This is a total scam and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company to discuss this further. Shame on you.

Scam company, DON'T buy from them!
They don't even deserve one star. Basically the goods received are nothing as advertised. Appears the images were taken from somewhere else and a very poor effort to replicate those images by this company. Goods received were super cheap, materials all the same, probably all cut from the same piece of cloth.
Return policy is 14 days, but not on sales goods. However, pretty much everything is on some sort of quick sale for a 'few hours', therefore you will never get a refund!
They don't reply any emails. I'm actually looking into a way to report them as they should not be allowed to operate and continue to scam innocent consumers.
If anyone has been successful in reporting them or getting in touch with them, please do share.

I WANT A REFUND
I ordered a bag on their website and I didn’t want it anymore so I canceled the order within 2 hours of purchasing it and they didn’t even look at the email. About a week later they emailed back saying how they already shipped the order and can’t cancel it. I don’t even want the bag at this point and they haven’t given me a refund or even an email talking about the issue. I really don’t want the bag and I want my money back. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !! THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE !!

I feel robbed!!

I am very disappointed with the fit and quality, not what I expected for an average of $35 per dress. I shop at asos.com and their $10 dresses are of much more premium quality and fit than what I received from this place. I fell robbed!!! I also cant believe Instagram and facebook dont do quality checks before allowing them to sell

Read reviews before purchasing
I know better and should have read the reviews prior to purchasing as now I am in the same boat as all of these others who wrote reviews. Received and email stating my order has shipped however the tracking number does not work. I have now emailed customer service twice with no response and guess what still no package. Hopefully it fits because now reading the reviews there is not really an opportunity to ship it back for a refund
