Along with lots of other people on here…

Along with lots of other people on here I'm very dissapointed with the quality of an item received, i ordered some sandals, when they have come they looked ok maybe a little cheap in terms of quality but do look ok and im happy to keep hold of them, however i ordered and all in one black jumpsuit and the quality and fit wasn’t good. I email the company and have not had a reply. Since this review and another email I have had a email and my problems dealt with. Thank you. I’ve increased my star rating because they delt with my problems making the service better plus the sandals were ok.

Chinese scam!!!

Chinese scam!!!
I ordered jumpsuit. Received a completely different and damaged piece. I contacted the customer service and after a long waiting time, they offered to refund me 30% of the price! On an item I didn’t order!!! Either that or send it back to China...
scam!!!!!

Super shady. Don’t buy from them.

I didn’t actually buy anything but I saw an ad on facebook of a dress I liked. So I googled the company and saw it’s a scam. I posted a warning on the ad for others and they banned me so I can’t comment and they deleted my comments. This is shady AF.

Ok arrived late wasn’t exactly the product I thought but wearable

I told them I would delete and revise my review once my product was received. The package was delivered a month later. Although the colors were nice, it did not look like the image. The image shown looked like a thick jacket with a black lining. It was very thin and there was no lining inside. I can’t wear it as my initial intent to keep me warm, but it is a decent long sleeve shirt.

Company appears to be a scam

I too, wish I could provide zero stars. I ordered a dress over a month ago. I received an order confirmation email and money was taken out of my CC. I never received a tracking number. I contacted customer service 2 weeks after my order and I was told that the order had been processed and I would be told when shipped. Never received anything else after that. Still no confirmation of it being shipped and no tracking number.

The second time contacted them, I received a response saying my order was returned because my address was wrong. I find this hard to believe. I know I put in a correct address. Secondly, if it was sent, why did I not receive a tracking number? None of this seems true at all.

I responded asking them to provide me with what address they had on file for me. No response. I am livid. I wish I had read the reviews prior to making a purchase. I am disappointed that this company appears to be a scam.

With regards to our processing time it usually take 5-7 business days and shipping take 8 to 12 business days depending on the item. You will then receive a confirmation email with tracking number once it has been shipped. If the code isn't working on the link our customer supports can help you out to select the correct courier.

It is true that some shipping companies can't detect the address that you have given to us and it will be returned back to us, on which you will see on the tracking system, from there we will contact you and confirm your address and mobile number then we will send the products on second attempt with different courier.

Our customer service are handling volumes of request recently and we are attending to each asap.

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed my order 2 weeks ago and got an email with a tracking number that doesn't work. I have emailed the support address 3 times with no response. At this point I feel like this company is a scam, and I just want my money back.

Buyer Beware!

Awful! Do not buy from this company. I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing my item. The romper I got looks nothing like the photo and is made from a cheap spandex. I’m super disappointed. Hoping I can receive a refund without having to mail back to China :(

APPALLING SERVICE

This company has an appalling, dreadful service
Your item will not arrive, my order was for a special day for my daughters hen party, 5 weeks prior to the event
The tracking orders they give you do not work and they don’t seem to recognise the fact when you tell them
The emails you send they eventually answer and just apologise with no explanation of resolving your order
I am struggling to get a full refund after waiting 8 weeks so far for this item to be delivered - DO NOT USE THEM

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. I have been waiting for my order going on 2 months. Nobody contacts you back. I’m shocked a company can go on like this. It’s completely unacceptable. I just want what I ordered or my money back! This was a gift for my sister and her birthday has come and gone with no answer to what happened.
Please don’t order from this company. I wish I searched them out first to see others experiences. I even wrote on their Instagram hoping to get a response but they just deleted my comment. It’s not good.

I don't trust this retailer

Ordered some sandals which looked great in the photographs but arrived damaged and looked cheap for the money. There was no returns form or receipt in the parcel in which they came. Trying to send them back to get a refund is proving difficult. Have emailed but have got no reply so far. I don't trust this company at all.

Cheap looking tat

I should have known better...

I should have known better...

Ordered shoes 3 weeks ago the only confirmation I received contained no tracking info. More than a week after placing my order, I finally received an email with "tracking info" that when clicked, lead me to a site that said it was "bogus information". There is no customer service, the one reply I received after several requests for better tracking info, was in broken English, made no sense and offered to help. I will be filing a fraud alert on my credit card. BUYER BEWARE and stay away from this company

Never received order.

Should have read the reviews here first. Ordered a jumpsuit in March, never received it emailed them to tell them eventually got a reply saying it had been shipped but the tracking details didn't work. Thankfully I paid with PayPal who after investigating gave me a refund.
