Definitely worth the wait!
I received my orders which looks awesome on my girlfriend. Fits just right for a slim Filipina and she loves it. I would definitely buy some more from Choco and Cream. Great customer service which updates you with tracking number when the package was shipped, it took a while but its definitely worth the wait!

I must say I was very skeptic about my…
I must say I was very skeptic about my order (2 dresses) after I read the reviews here. However, I have to accept the products are better than I expected them to be. They look decent. Material is fine. Good quality dresses at a very reasonable price. I am really impressed by their Customer Service, fast response though it took 3 weeks to deliver the product.

Absolutely shocking company avoid buying anything
Absolutely shocking company. Do not make the same mistake as me and purchase anything from them.
Ordered a lovely dress that was advertised on there Facebook page. When it eventually came and the parcel address was middledsex. The dress was terrible. Looked nothing like the one they advertised and the quality was horrendous. Extremely cheap.
I messaged them and they said I had to return to China if I wanted a refund. Told them I’m not paying nearly £10 at my expense to ship to China and then waiting for the refund. Don’t understand why it has to go back to China when it came from Middlesex.
They have now offered to give me 50% refund but are going back in there word. Dress if fit for the bin so a total waste of €34.90
Please everyone avoid buying. These people should not be allowed to rip us off they should not be listing there goods for sale anywhere.
Have reported to PayPal but I still have to return for a refund.
Choco & Cream have today refunded me 50% which I am extremely grateful for.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I ordered a dress from this company as their clothes were beautiful online. I was very disappointed with the dress I ordered. The quality of the fabric as well as the design was very poor quality. Additionally the dress was dirty! It looked like something you would purchase at a flea market. It was clearly misrepresented in the photo. I will be returning my dress and never ordering from this company again.

I would strongly advise anyone NOT to…
I would strongly advise anyone NOT to purchase from this seller. Clothes are cheap and flimsy and when you return items they do not refund! I returned a dress emailed them time after time, I then emailed proof of returns and still not had a refund. I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company for reimbursement.
I would advise no one to purchase from this company!

Appalled!
The clothing from this website is like the joke pictures you see.... expectation vs reality!
The material used is extremely cheap, the clothing is out of shape and all frayed.
I have requested a refund and and a response saying the postage would be too expensive so there's no point basically! Or I could have a 40% refund and keep the item!
I wouldn't wear it if someone paid me to! Absolutely disgusting how they can get away with taking people's money!

Do not buy from this company. I tried to cancel in 24 hour window and they wouldn’t allow it. I did receive the item and the construction and fabric is paper thin and will fall apart just upon trying on. To shop back would cost as much as the item. Not worth but please beware and don’t waste your money!!!

This website is a scam. I have been trying to contact them regarding my order because the address is incorrect and no one has gotten back to me. There is no number to call as well. I feel like I have gotten scammed and am out almost $200.

Horrible- SCAM DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible! Do not order, they take your money, charge you international shipping fees and do not send you anything. I was a dummy and did not read these reviews before placing the order. Now I am out almost a $100.00. I was sent tracking numbers that do not even exist. I am not sure how they are still in business. I will be contacting my credit card company after I write this review.

Tracking numbers are send out in advance and we usually advice customers to wait 1 to 2 days for the shipper to update the tracking site. Also, you might have selected the wrong courier that's why it gave you no information.

Update: they reached out and cancelled and refunded my orders.
I ordered from this company and attempted to cancel my order within the 24 hours listed as the cancellation window and have not received a response. I’ve documented everything and sent screenshots and nothing. Very disappointed and upset. I feel like this site is a scam but I’m hoping I’m wrong.

Poor quality, sizing and communciation
I ordered several of the dresses and shirts on this website and would not recommend it!! The material is very cheap and uncomfortable. On top of that, the sizing is extremely small. I am unable to get a large over my shoulders and I usually wear a medium.
There is a 30 day return policy. I have tried to contact the company at the "email address" at the bottom of my order page several times to return the items and stop all further shipments (since the order comes one piece at a time) and have received no response!! This is a company that I will not deal with again and I recommend that you do not either.

They pictured a known designer and their new dress as the one I supposedly bought. I just found out too late. But when my dress came it was so poorly made, NOTHING like the picture of course and they just made an excuse that it was a honest mistake. Blah blah - BS!! And don’t even comment on my review and ask what you can do, “Customer Service”.
