Refund? You have to return the item to China and spend a litlle fortune in post costs.

I have ordered 3 dresses from Choco and cream and all three were of extreme poor quality and I have been trying to contact this company for details of how to return them as the parcel did not hold any information to return the items and the website does not indicate how to do this so the service and standards of this website are so low I was unable to put 0 star rating and had to use 1 star.

I received *Amber-Beautiful Orient Dress* and I'm very very disappointed in it. The fabric of the dress looks and feels like an umbrella*. Also I’d like to add that the waist line is under the breast and not the actual waist line and there wasn't a belt. I would not recommended this site for anybody.

I have to leave feedback as if I went by the rest of the reviews I would have never ordered from here. I ordered a dress online for my bridal shower and unfortunately I ordered a size too big. I contacted them and told them the situation, and as the returns process was going to be so long-winded, they kindly sent me the same dress in a size down. I was skeptical but they pulled through and I am so grateful.
I was concerned that the pictures online looked a little fake, but turns out the dress was in-person exactly like it is shown online (at least for my dress) so I am really happy and feel comfortable to order again.

I just received my order
I just received my order. I ordered it in Medium and it has arrived in extra small. I can't even get it above my knees. Very disappointed as the outfit was stunning but it didn't fit me. :( I have sent a private message through their social media page, hoping it would be rectified.
I have just been in contact with the agent and they are sending me the correct size. Very polite and efficient service.

No star is justified absolute rip off merchants send goods of extremely poor quality to the extend the dress was like umbrella material and the jumpsuit see through and again very poor quality, goods come from UK address but to get a refund you have to send to China which is a minimum cost of £74 in couriers charges to get it there in the time frame given of 15 days. Try to bribe you into accepting a small refund with discount vouchers to use on other goods. Contacted bank who immediately issued refund. AVOID at all costs

As I have read from many other comments here, I have experienced the exact same service. Ordered a dress and received one NOTHING like the one in the picture. Extremely cheap quality, and I paid over €30 for it. Absolute scam and it's a disgrace that they can still be trading. Please don't buy from them it's just money down the toilet if you do

Did not like the product and was given a refund
Ordered a lovely beige-y dress. Got a different, bright white one that is clearly of an entirely different quality.
EDIT: After I complained, they fully refunded my purchase. I will not order again, but it's a risk worth taking if you see something you love.

Quite possibly the WORSE clothing site…
Quite possibly the WORSE clothing site I have ever come across. The dresses on website look great and when they come it’s plain to see they are cheap copies of what’s is advertised. Cheap thin silk like material.
I asked for a refund and was told it may not be possible? And that I had to cover the postage fee? Not very helpful at all.

I bought a dress thinking it was going to look exactly like the one in the picture online. It came 3 weeks later and looked absolutely nothing like it at all.
Angry and sad doesn't even come close to how I feel about this company now. I had such high hopes for them seeing as their clothes looks so beautiful. I am very very disappointed.
To make it worse I have contacted the company and they won't even refund me my money. They said I have to send the product back to - CHINA - which will cost me a fortune. They said I could keep the dress with a 40% refund - THE DRESS IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO THE ONE ADVERTISED!!!!!!

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I ordered a white playsuit which I received and it was very poor quality but also faulty in 2 areas. I emailed and they company asked for pictures, which I provided and they said I could return the item to them but I have to pay postage to China!! They would then issue the refund. If I have provided 3 photos which clearly show the fault then why would I need to pay to send the item back to them. They then offered to refund 40% of the item but that's not good enough. I will never buy from this company again. Their clothing is very thin and see-through plus their awful customer service!
