Antique door hinges
I ordered hinges for our new doors and due to a mix up in the warehouse the hinges were not in stock.
Simon Martin contacted me to tell me the bad news but he had an alternative plan in place should I wish to accept.
The alternative was to supply me with fire rated hinges that were almost twice the cost at no additional charge or to cancel the order and get a refund.
Most businesses would have apologised and refunded the money.
This would have put me in the brown stuff as my doors were being fitted 4 days later.
The hinges arrived on the Saturday morning and look great and do a great job holding my doors up!
Simon went above and beyond for me to ensure that my carpenter had the hinges to hang my 7 doors.
If you ever have a problem with an order, you can trust Choice Handles will not leave you in the lurch.
Thank you Simon for such a great solution to the issue.
