Gret quality at great price
I originally ordered door handles from Screwfix. They were of such poor quality I returned them and ordered 6 sets from Choice Handles instead. Fantastic quality, cheaper than Screwfix. Delivered quickly and also easy to fit.

Professional service and great price
Simon was more than helpful with any queries I had and had a lot of knowledge about the products before purchasing. He was always very professional and easy to talk to on the phone and promptly responded to emails. We placed a large order for specialist door hinges and latches and everything arrived as expected and on time. Products are also competitively priced

Awful company avoid at all costs. Such time wasters. Ordered handles...paid...rcvd an email stating woukd be posted...heard nothing then found out they cancelled order the next day and didn't even let me know...

They are not interested in your issues.
Bought 4 door clothes hooks, that weren't cheap.
after fitting them they, did not sit correctly and moved when removing clothes. after a few emails. i was told that the manufacturer said the screws needed to be tightened more.. that was not possible as i they could not be any tighter. poor service and i was not contacted any further. After getting emails from Simon, he stopped responding. I had also supplied a video of the issue.
