Choicemortgages have been superb throughout my house move, offering support and advice throughout what was a long process due to two failed sales which led to two failed purchases. Nicola's calm manner, honesty and wisdom was truly appreciated. It's our second time using Choice Mortgages, and Nicola in particular, this time for a further advance for house improvements.

Our financial landscape was even more complicated than the original mortgage with added time pressure, hurdles, and an increasingly challenging market.

There were moments when we thought it wasn't going to happen (as I say, it was genuinely not straightforward) but dependable, professional, and composed advice with methodical processes when it mattered meant that our application was ultimately successful.

Our advisor Rob Trevor did an excellent job in getting our mortgage sorted on our new property. He went out of his way to make sure we were fully updated and always answered any questions we had to ask. And to top it all how pleasantly surprised we’re we to receive a welcoming hamper from choice mortgages when we moved in. Lovely touch!

Fantastic experience with Choice Mortgages, transacting 2 mortgage agreements at once (converting residential to buy two let, releasing equity and enacting a new residential purchase). The process was complicated somewhat by down valuations and unusual market conditions following the end of the 2021 stamp duty holiday but Nicola, the advisor who supported me, was exceptionally helpful throughout.

In terms of product knowledge, thoughtful advice and insight and helping push things forward (when solicitors were being unduly slow) she was truly excellent.

This is my third interaction with Choice Mortgages and Nicola specifically, having had them support on my original first purchase in 2015, remortgage in 2017 and the dual transaction described above.
