After multiple agents trying to sell our home Chosen got in sold within a couple of months. The marketing was amazing and the communication fantastic. We would definitely recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with Lisa, Mandy and the team from Chosen. Head and shoulders above any of their competitors I’ve used. Lisa was meticulous from start to finish, providing excellent advice on how to present the house, next level photography and continued support throughout the process. Within the first 2 weeks we had a large amount of potential buyers through the door (compared to 0 when we used a different agent perviously). Can’t recommend them enough!!

Selling our flat with Chosen Home was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Not only are they incredibly professional, they also provide the best property photos I’ve seen, and to top it off, they sell your home for free!

Communication was excellent throughout. We had a WhatsApp group with the whole Chosen team, which meant viewings could be arranged instantly and important updates were shared quickly with me and my wife. Their responsiveness took all the stress out of the process.

Despite some challenges with my flat (a high service charge and lease length issues), Chosen achieved the price I was hoping for and managed to sell it quickly. I always felt complete trust in their advice, which made every decision much easier.

It wasn’t about one individual, the entire team went above and beyond. If you want the most professional service, a personal touch, stunning photos and to sell your property for free, I would recommend Chosen Homes without hesitation!

I had my property on the market with 2 large local estate agents for over 12 months before I instructed chosen to have a go!
From start to finish, Chris and the team at Chosen came across with a friendly, professional and helpful support throughout.
Best of all they managed to get an offer on he property within 6 weeks which was acccepted and has no resulted in the property being sold and completed.

Great sales team. Friendly advice

Brilliant service from Nicki and Gemma on what turned out to be a very complex purchase in the end.
The team were professional, responsive, they demonstrated their care and attention to detail for clients, and navigated a tricky and difficult situation with constant smiles. They were constantly in communication with my solicitor, my estate agents and everyone involved in the chain to try and progress things.
I recognise how hard it is to deliver the business model Chosen Homes have set out, where the seller has the ability to pass all costs onto the buyer (or split them, or pay them) but Gemma and Nicki were both so balanced in the service they provided, and I am so grateful for this as I know it can’t have been easy! Thank you for the late night messages and weekend working to get us to exchange, it’s really appreciated.
