Her expertise and help was greatly appreciated throughout! We couldn't have wished for a better experience in selling our first home.

Nicki and the team at Chosen Homes were extraordinary. Always prompt in reverting, accommodating with our requests, and went the extra mile to ensure the house purchase went ahead smoothly and faster than we expected. Above all, they always shared advice based on what’s best for us… not to make a sale. For the first time, we found an estate agent we could trust. We intend to work with the team in future for house sales/buys. And I can say that Nicki has become a friend… she is a wonderful person.

I used to think that all estate agents were the same and all they did was take some average photos of your house and put them on Right Move. Then I met with Chris from Chosen and my opinion changed. Chosen are a fantastic estate agents. Professional and friendly, who understand current market trends. Their marketing of our house was phenomenal. We had about 8 viewings within the first few days and it sold in under a week!

Their service didn't stop there. Once sold they looked after us really well, chasing solicitors and the other people in the chain to get us moved within 7 weeks! The service from Chris and the entire team was above and beyond in every sense.bif you're reading this, don't think twice and choose these guys for your sale!

Chosen is the best way to go to sell your property, Lisa who was our agent was brilliant throughout. Professional lovely personality and excellent at her job. Mandy made all our appointments and also was a pleasure to deal with.

Chosen were the sellers' agents on our recent house purchase. Their service was so good, it felt like they were working for us too. The whole team were friendly, responsive and pro-active - Nicki in particular was first rate. A fantastic experience. When we came to sell our family home a few months later, we didn't bother speaking to any other agents - we knew Chosen would deliver. (Separate review confirms that they did)!

To begin with, the quality of the listing was outstanding. The photography made our property stand out, without being misleading. The marketing strategy was carefully explained to us, and we were particularly impressed with this more modern method of estate agency. Honest and straightforward with no ‘corners’, and where the client is front and centre.
We subsequently accepted an offer within a little over 24 hours from going live.
Unfortunately it was almost 12 months before we finally moved, owing to a frustrating and at times tragic turn of events that were beyond the control of Chosen or any of the parties immediately involved. Throughout the rollercoaster ride that ensued, we were supported by Chris and the team, which made such a difference to us.
Of particular merit are the communications, with responses to emails or WhatsApp’s received very quickly and without ever needing to chase anything up.
We are glad we chose Chosen to handle our sale, and would use them again without hesitation.

We recently sold our family home through Chosen. It was an absolutely seamless process thanks, in the main, to Nicki, Chris and the team. After all the initial process, the photos, instagram video, and sales brochure were done (Chosen’s photo presentation is absolutely the best btw) we then put the house up for sale on the 25th Jan. We had 9 viewings over the Saturday / Monday. All communicated via the WhatsApp group, with feedback following very quickly… We then had 3 offers. Nicki found out where people’s chains were and we accepted one (at asking price) on 1st Feb. We then exchanged 29th and completed 7th March. We really could not fault anything in the process. Chosen’s recommend solicitor firm of EPO were also excellent in completing the legals on the sale process so quickly and efficiently. We would recommend Chosen for anyone looking to sell. I am very sure they, and particularly Nicki, are setting the benchmark on how estate agents should operate.

Great marketing, photos and communication throughout the whole process. Lisa was excellent at ensuring our chain was maintained & the sale went through as quick as possible.

We brought our house through chosen homes. They were brilliant throughout lots of bumps in the road for us, but they kept us in the loop all the way through. Chosen were excellent throughout the entire process, especially Lisa who was always available when we needed her. We needed to get on the market quickly after finding a home that we wanted to make an offer on and within a few days, Lisa had arranged everything for us to get onto the market and we were sold within 2 weeks. I’m not very good at writing reviews because I don’t really do them that often.. but Lisa at Chosen definitely deserves it! We had a bumpy start with our buyer pulling out and then we had a long road with our buyer due to unforeseen circumstances but Lisa was absolutely brilliant! She is so hard working, always polite, professional.. and she really knows how to work her magic..!

If I ever move house again.. will for sure be choosing Chosen!

Got there in the end after some time wasters, Chosen priced it correctly and their WhatsApp group was great if you wanted answer or had any questions swiftly. Chris was great from the get go, had to listen to some of my rants but all in good humour. Would recommend for sure much better than the high street agents (say no more). Also EPO their recommended solicitors were great also.

I've used other estate agents before and Chosen gave the best experience. They sell for free, and yet their customer service and high quality marketing were exemplary. Chris, who represented us, was friendly, courteous and helpful all the way through. The WhatsApp group chat too made communication with the whole team seamless and fast throughout. Chosen will continue to be my chosen estate agent of choice in the future. Thanks team!
